Yooooo telkom, no one can assist with the billing issue that we are going through The worst service ever They only care about sales nothing else
When applying for a phone we advised that they will debit from our capitec account, we advised the accounts are linked only to find out every month we are told the debit bounced and we must pay reactivation fee. Really this is unprofessional and we can't be be paying for someone else's fault. I just even want to terminate this contract coz it's frustrating
I bought 2 massage beds, one which came with so much rust after weeks of waiting for delivery, I communicated this with them they promised a prompt response until to date no feedback no communication. The worst service ever
I always get my order late when i order via their pick n pay delivery, and most of the time their products are not fresh this really need to change
Worst service, I have been calling capitec bank to try and access my business banking app. No one is able to assist, I mean how are you not able to assist someone with their business app, meaning they don't take they business customers seriously I have been struggling for more than 5 days no help, this is the worst service I'm canceling this account.
The treatment was *******. They treated us like we came to eat for free. Never ever make a birthday or any booking at this piatos, everything was just wrong. They don't tell you prior to your booking that they don't allow certain decor. They waited for us to pay so that they can kick us out. The worst experience ever. The manager by the name of Bruno lacks empathy and customer service have never seen such a rude person in my life.

I bought shoes online and I was told to return to go the store. Went to Eastgate was sent away saying I must print the email and go to Sandton. Mind you I'm using my own petrol yet I paid for Delivery, now I went to Sandton they refuse to exchange my shoes yet I sent an email on time, worst service ever, the quality of the shoe is so bad
Fraud fraud fraud, please don't sign up with this company they are a scam, i canceled my membership, I didn't even use not even once,I canceled it first day I signed up.
So me and my husband are boarding on flight 393 at King Shaka Airport, so we asked for our boarding pass while everyone else wasn't, to top it the pass was scrutinized for about few seconds, wow I'm appalled even the look she gave us was not friendly at all.
