I would like to communicate my dissatisfaction with Vodacom ! I had a fibre month to month contract with them .. from the onset I advised them that a debit order would be a bit of an issue because I am self employed however I would ensure that the payment would be made on the due date … I was then told that it was mandatory to have a debit order but I could have that cancelled in 3 months … I made numerous calls to Vodacom and each time I would request for it to be cancelled and that was never done . The debit orders continued bouncing as they would go off on random days which I would get charged R110 (which I find ridiculous)but I always ensured that payment was made in order to continue with the service..on the 25th of March my fibre was then disconnected because then I had missed a payment (my fault) I then called on the day had a conversation with a gentleman called Sibusiso who then explained that I have been billed for several months an amount of R110 for the debit order bouncing which in turn caused my account to be in arrears every month … What annoys me is the fact that I would get a statement every month from Vodacom and it would not reflect the “arrears” and I would pay what would be reflected there …. I then paid the arrears amount my service was reinstated and had my account settled by the end of March ( via debit order ) meaning I was no longer in the red … On the 29th of April to my surprise my fibre was disconnected again .. I made numerous calls to Vodacom and I was sent from pillar to post … One guy advised that they will reconnect as it was an error and was supposed to be switched off at midnight ( seeing that payment is in advance ) one told me there was nothing they could do as the system is automated to disconnect for customers whose accounts are 60 days in arrears … I was also informed by another one that the cancellation done by “Suleman” can be cancelled and my service will be reinstated ( that never happened )And the last person that I spoke to advised that there was nothing they would do but to re score me again and offer me another contract.. I then advised her that I will not be approved for a contract hence I went for a month to month even worse , Vodacom has listed me as a bad payer on credit bureau so there was no way it would be approved … She then insisted that she will do it and has done it a couple of times and customers had gotten approved … She then did it and as expected it was declined .. That was after she gave me wrong information and said that Vodacom does not do month to month contracts anymore .. I guess she wanted a sale and figured she would take advantage because I was desperate as I work from home …I feel that the service that I got from Vodacom was horrible because my assumption is that I had a contract with them …. However , no communication was sent to me to say that my service will be cancelled even up to this day which is a month later …. My fibre account on Vodapay , still says that my account is active and I have been billed for the month of May as well even though I have not had any service . I would like someone to call me urgently to rectify this …. Get all my calls that I made to Vodacom requesting debit order cancellations… Credit me with all those debit order fees and account for the lady that forcefully did an application which sent me more into the red !!!!! I would really appreciate an urgent response to this matter as I am now inconvenienced and have spend loads of money on data which was the reason why I went for fibre !
Good morning.. I am writing to you at 1am in the morning because I am frustrated !! I bought a kambrook hand mixer from you last year .. I have since returned the mixer to the store 3 times as it would suddenly stop working on the one side .. law and behold the 4th mixture has done the same thing .. I don’t use this mixer a lot and I’m shocked that it keeps breaking down .. I spoke to the manager at clicks mall of Africa who assured me that this will be looked into and till today I have not received any feedback and that was almost 3 months ago .. he even hinted that if there was an issue I would be rewarded for it which I don’t care about .. I just need a mixer that works that’s all !!!
Good day .. I stay in one of the Afcho buildings in Midrand ( minuet) and I logged a complaint in March where by my water bill sky rocketed from R90 in January and feb to R600 .. I logged a complaint with them in March and didn’t received a response even though I have been calling.. I called them on Friday the lady said she will follow it up the next thing at 4pm I get an sms to say I am liable .. there were no leaks and I owe that ammount .. spoke to other residents and they don’t pay that ammount maximum they pay is on average is R160 .. when did they in the 2 hours investigate to confirm that we owe that much ? I am not getting any joy and I don’t know what my way forward is but I’m fed up !
I received a box of roses from my parter on Friday for my birthday.. Upon receipt, the flowers looked wilted and horrible.. I called netflorist spoke to a lady called Rethabile and she was very helpful and she requested for other flowers to be sent through and received them the same evening.. The second batch looked a bit better than the other ones, they were also wilted and had to remove a lot of petals in order for them to look decent as I was having a diner party that evening.. I called on Saturday, spoke to a lady called Yanga who wasn't as enthusiastic to help as Rethapile was. She sent me an email about how those roses are called vintage and that to my amazement she said they were meant to look like that (wilted and mishandled) she said she will refer this to an expert and I am yet to receive a call or atleast an email from them... I have received flowers a lot of times before and I know how fresh flowers look like and the texture as well ... I was sent horrible flowers which were supposed to make my day instead they spoilt it.. I would like someone to get to me ASAP and explain to me why such a reputable company would send such mediocre products to clients and expect us to just be happy about it?
I am disgusted by the service received from codex or ismart whoever they want to call themselves .I had a balance of over a 1000 when we were switched from this service provider to another . A refund was supposed to have been made to us by the 15th of December and we are still waiting .When we contact them we are sent from one person to the other as no one seems to want to take responsibility.It would be great to at least be sent to whoever that is responsible so that we can settle the matter ! A 1000 might be small to them but I want my refund ... These people are thieves as far as I am concerned as they cannot tell me where my money is !
I am appealed by the service I have received from your company ..I lost my mother who was loaded as a beneficiary for a funeral corver that my father had ..They have both passed on(and have both death certificates) and instead of giving me options like paying directly to the funeral parlour as we need to bury him as that's what the policy is for , I'm told that u r unable to help and the money would be paid into the estate account.. a competitor of yours , metropolitan gives options and not the mediocre service that I am getting from this company .I assumed that you are a reputable company willing to assist in times of bereavement but instead I have additional stress as I am now struggling to bury my father .. according to you where am I supposed to get the money as this policy was intended for exactly that ??? What am I going to do with the money that's paid to an estate when I can't even send my father off with dignity ?
I have been trying for to use night surfer data on my phone and till today I have received no joy .. I contacted one of your agents who advised that the reason I couldn't was because I needed to re start my phone which I did and it's still not working . I used the internet with the assumption that it's working of which my data ended up being depleted ... Who is going to re reimburse my data .. till today I am unable to use night surfer which you guys claim to be giving to Me ..this is disappointing and costing me a lot of money ! I'm dissatispointed in the poor service that I'm receiving from Telkom Regards
