C2112642 - Setting the Bar Exceptionally High Mashudu!
I am writing this to formally and wholeheartedly commend Mashudu Mthombeni for the expectational and spectacular manner she handled my claim. From start to finish, the service received was nothing short of amazing and I think it is important that her efforts do not go unnoticed. This block is not going to be enough for me to express my gratitude! In a process that can feel overwhelming and stressful Mashudu made sure that she gave me clarity and efficiency. She was genuine and made it feel like her person responsibility to deal with my claim the way that she did. I never once had to follow up, because she kept me updated and informed through-out the entire process. My claim was resolved smoothly and boy oh boy it exceeded my expectations entirely! Mashudu as you read this I hope it will show half of my gratitude and hats off for how you handled my claim! I will be referring a whole lot of people to MiWay (Although I had to move because of affordability lol) but MiWay will always be my number one choice!

Moabelo Khutso... This is specially for you! I was ready to cancel my Liberty investment policy and be without one because I ws not getting the most out of it. You called me yesterday and w have been communicating via email and you made me believe that I am still with the best! I always say when people leave companies they do not leave the brand but the people! Now I am staying because of you! I am very happy wit everything and to everyone else who processed my refund and all thank you as well :)

Bonitas suggests clients must call in even when they are dying to get authorisation
I am not impressed at all! I was rushed to the emergency room because I was sick, I could not walk or talk, I was wheeled in and assessed by a Doctor. To my surprise my medical declined that claim because I personally did not call them for authorisation 2 days before! Someone tell me how how I have known that I was going to be sick! I didn’t go there for a general check up! I am not impressed and when I called in I am sent from pillar to post and lines being put down on me.

Worst service at Boulders Mall
Worst service at Boulders KFC! The tellers are very rude and they don’t have another apart from meat’ all chasing closing time! Stoves switched off and they cannot prepare our order! Why should I buy what they want me to and still have a menu! Some people don’t deserve their jobs!

I keep being debited on a day I did not select, I’ve sent emails to the person who helped me take out the policy and this is causing my account to have unnecessary charges that no one will reimburse me for!

Loom a fly by night insurance
I am sick and tired of insurance companies that take money from us and always end up not covering an incident! I should have never covered my items with Loom, who was underwritten or working with King price at some point! A whole mess if I must say! If you have had your items insured with Loom and moved over to KingPrice they are both the same! I have been crying for assistance on a claim for almost a year now! I have been told I will not be assisted by KingPrice because I was covered with Loom! Loom is nowhere to be found, a fly by night insurance in this day and age! Well done for making me feel like a fool and for taking my money for nothing! Someone needs to pay for that phone that I had cover for and I guess it will be mind sweat and hard work and not the insurance I had! Left handing!

King Price and Loom a total scam!
