Have been waiting for their call it's now over 15 working days since I lodged a complaint. Each time I call them for an update I'm told an agent will call me, which never comes. I am yet to be impressed by their service. I don't advise anyone to take up scorpion as they do take themselves serious.
I have been trying to cancel a contract, called more than 15 times to speak to call centre agents , some rude some helpful. I even have ten reference numbers from cancellations department and yet Im still getting debited on my bank account. Its tiring calling and holding 20 minutes just to speak to consultant like Kia(Indian lady) who then rudely tells you to listen to her as if your concern means nothing and what she is telling you takes president! What a B@#$h! Im now gatvol. MTN must now call me.
I been trying to cancel an MTN contract for the longest time since December 2020. I was told I couldn't cancel before the 24 months has elapsed. I then waited till the 24 months ended and called and emailed again for the cancellation in August 2021. Till this day the contract is still active and there still debits on my banking account. I called in again today and they line was just dropped without speaking to a consultant, I have received numerous reference numbers to queries I have logged and Im getting very irritated now. I have reversed the debit orders on banking account and now my number has been barred, you are quick to bar numbers, debit funds and yet slow to cancel contracts. Could I have this contract cancelled please!!!
I was an employee working for this company and I must advise any person seeking employment with this company should re-consider....you will regret that decision firstly its is not a proper company, they're policies and procedures are aimed at making an employee take the blame. The HR department is useless and I wonder whether if it even exist. To people trying to rent vehicles from them well your experience will also be an unpleasant one from expensive unexplained rental charges to security deposit not returned on the promised time...Save yourself and use another rental company, you will be right by thinking maybe I am a disgruntled former employee that was problematic and probably fired, however I chose to leave than to constantly be in fear that I'll be attacked or worse by client wanting their deposits returned.
I’m being harassed by Mfc particularly this number (016) 285-0158, they call me on my cellphone constantly With no one on the other line or immediately they hang up after I answer the call.
Whatever you do, don’t use this guys’ services you will regret it....it is best to just go yourself or get another company offering same services, you will be wasting your time and funds.
I have an account with makhams store, every month I’m charged unknown fees and service charges on my account and there is no clear reason for the charges. I find it disgusting that during covid19 lockdown and with bad economic conditions I’m being charged for phone calls when I don’t even speak to any of your agents no answered the call. Maybe this Tfg’s way of making a profit from its customers but I find disgusting and will be advising my family and friends to close their accounts with TFG.
Your contact center is the pits non of agents want to assist, and requesting for things to be done through your other channels is a nightmare as you get automated responses but query never gets solved.
