I bought a generator from them, 5 months down the line. Their product is faulty, that it damaged other appliances, so I logged a return and asked them to exchange or send it to their supplier but I made it clear that I dont need the refund I need a generator. They said that particular brand and model is now out of stock, but upon attempt to repurchase it, the purchase went through not saying anything about the item being out of stock. I dont know why the person who was assisting me is lying ( Ashlen. R). I can take the legal route regarding the matter by the way. This just proves all the negative reviews I have been reading about regarding the entire store and its dishonesty
Why is builders asking for sensitive information like the ID number when they know that they do not protect the information shared with, they are sharing it with their customers. Obtaining information from any institution is a long process, why are you using my information that contains my ID number for other customers without my consent
Today on sartuday October 9, I was at relay jeans at Richardsbay, broadwalk. While at the fitting room, fitting my clothes around 4pm. The guy who is a staff member came with his collegue in the room I was fitting, body shamed me, and confidently invaded my privacy. I asked why he was doing this and he said that particular shop has the right to infringe our constitutional rights. I asked for the manager and he could not show me the manager. The name of the guy who was amongst those who abused me is Smanga, his collegues hid their name tags. They were body shaming me, calling me a hit man, I dont know why that was the case. I was seriously humiliated there, they made a loughing stock out of me. Everyone who was in the line coming to the changing room witnessed the incident. Is this how you guys operate?
Your cashier at The Fix in Galleria, her name is Londiwe. She is highly professional and super friendly. Thank you so much for having such a great candidate in your team she is awesome.
Today I was at Pep at Esikhawini in the Spar building ( I am not familiar with the area yet) However, the main issue here is ill treatment I was given when I visited the store. I went there in attempt to buy protective (overalls) clothing for work purposes. It was my first time in that store so I asked the employee who was closer to me at that time, where their fitting rooms are and the cleaning lady showed me the fitting rooms( that lady had a name tag written "Sindi"), I went there and fitted that work suit but it was too big (it didnt fit me) so I took it back to the rails, as I was headed to the rails, pep employees closed the store and came up to me, shouting...saying they are not happy with "how I do things" and using all sorts of vulgar language one can think of and started physically searching me (female employees, physically searching a male customer). I want to know if thats how pep actually conducts business, is this part of your principles or what? Im still traumitised by the humiliation I went through I would appreciate a response as soon as possible, due to the seriousness of these allegation, I can have the crimes of Defamation of Character, Indirect Assault, Infringement of various constitutional rights, violation of Criminal Procedure Act, against opened against Pep stores as well as its employees. I would appreciate a written response for future purposes Regards Mr B. Gumede
Does Nedbank only treat people of certain races differently from others? Do you normally practice racial prejudice in your branches? Im actually asking this because I recommended Nedbank to an old citizen (because Im also your client) to open an account with you but she was not treated fairly at the Nedbank branch in Galleria mall ( Amanzimtoti), on the 2 December 2020 between 10:00-11:00 am, this lady is suffering from athritis but because of the social distancing practised due to the outbreak of covid19 she could not seat down while she was waiting to be served, so she stood there without being offered a chair but there were 2 Indian ladies who arrived shortly after her who were offered chairs, so they sat while she had to stand there for hours with a sore knee. Is this part of your policy or what? Do you guys practice racial prejudice or was it just a once off thing, Do you even value your clients? I was also at that branch on the 1st of December and I noticed that older citizens who were waiting to served at Absa (opposite the nedbanks galleria branch) were offered chairs but you guys do not care about your clients at all, you just want their money. Why is it like that? Is this your way of proving just how ungratefull and unprofessional you are?
I bought a cellphone from markham, the phone is absolutely useless. Its a dual sim but both my sim cards never connect to the network when inserted in that one which forces me to use the old phone.
You guys dont even deserve the single star I gave you, you respond to our reviews here knowing very well that no follow up will be done regarding the complaint. Never have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional company starting from your managers all the way down to the general employees. My parcel was recieved at the durban branch on the 30th of May but you are not telling me why its never been allocated to a driver since it got there. This is my second review and no assistance will be given Ill have to make another order and use other means of delivery. I blame the stupid person who had my parcel sent through such a terrible company in the beginning when I had made it clear that I do not ever want my parcel delivered by you in the first. I will be taking the matter to the relevant ombudsman.
I honestly dont know what to do now, my parcel has been in the durban banch from May, help
This company has kept my parcel for more than a month now, their drivers want me to meet them at dodgy places to pick up my parcel as if I didnt pay for their services. I tried contacting them but its useless they just reffer me to the branch where the parcel is kept as if thats helping.
