Best curry i've had in a long time, chicken bunny was excellent and if thats not enough the full plate of gravy was actually better, my biggest sadness is that i only bought 1 gravy for taking home , and its now 3 days later i still enjoy thd gravy with bread, i wish i could make gravy likd they do, simply delicious
Facilities are immaculate, stay was perfect, safe parking and clean pools, the staff waa friendly and eager to help,
on the 11th of March internet express has collected a package from my company, it was very important documents that had to be delivered at my insurance company, so in the first week, no one knew where my parcel was or if it even was delivered, its today the 4th of april, still no one knows what happened to the parcel and apparently no one cares, in the mean time my insurance can't process the claim and I cannot buy a car so i can get to where i need to be. DONALD AT INTERNET INSURANCE, who is apparently a manager just says i have to reapply for the papers which will take up to 4 weeks and they will imburse me on the application , as if that solves the dilema of everything, The worst part is they all admit to the parcel beieng misplaced, but take no responsibility for it, one says the driver doesnt know where he delivered it but no signature is shown to proove delivery, another says its lost, the fact remains the parcel was not delivered to the person specified - Donald will escalate the issue to his superiors, who will contact me - as yet no one called me update - im supposed to email shanon with my problem
If you need building supplies Leroy merlin i found to be the best place to buy any tool you need and their building materials is cheaper than their competitors. I have started building a home for my family but my paychech does not go very far but not only could i buy some of my ceilings and drywalling they actuallly keep enough stock that when i returned the following month the same pvc ceiling boards was still on stock, i needed a front door of a specific design the poor sales guy actually went to their stores and scavenged the very last one out even though their computer systen said their stock was sold out...i find their stafc happy to help and wuite knowledgable so over all id recomend theim to all my friends and relatives, and yes i still buy from them monthly never had an issue
I will never goto top T CASH & CARRY in benoni ever i needed laminate flooring 200 Sq meters and they wouldnt help us because we have kids and told us our 3year old should stay outside... this is unacceptable and totaly illegal
I had a game card - i believe given by rcs and while i used the card everything works as you would like it to work, no issues, BUT CANCELL card and trouble starts, you can go to game and cancel card, they would call rcs and you confirm telephonicaly you need your card cancelled, i even left R80 for any fees it might incur so 2 MONTHS LATER - and i still get statements declaring monthly fees, and you can go and complain at game - all is to no avail, apparently if you have a card, rcs holds you to account for life for i cannot close this account no matter what

Firstly let me start by saying I've been a mtn client since my first htc and then s2,3,4 now lg "s6 are too expensive" and I've always been happy , that was until black Friday... I've been given the opportunity by mtn to receive 20 gig of anytime data and night time data for the nominal fee of R200. 00 pm which i jumped for it was a great offer and agreed, i signed the contracts and received the sim card. first i had a hell of a time getting the sim card activated as the number for activation was constantly either busy or threw me off but after a time i got it registered, so already at that time i should have known, but ever the optimist i looked forward to enjoying the data i was promised, but it never realized, the 20gb became 5gb, so i phoned mtn at 808 and the service guy told me i should just be patient they had a server problem and my problem would be fixed, well time passed and on the next cycle i received 5gb again, complained again, this went on till now., i went to the mtn shop in springs mall and they escalated my quarry, and still no satisfaction. well its the second of February and i've received an account of almost 800 rand and got my service suspended and this for something I've never received, so i called mtn and this is the current story, after being transferred to what they call retention site, apparently mtn does not phone clients, and there branches did, so apparently the umchlanga branch was the supplier who phoned me, and then didn't place me on the system as a black Friday client as they missed the cut off date apparently, ive received a civil ticket and they asked me to give 3 days to see if this issue gets resolved. I cannot cancel the contract without incurring penalties, and paying an exorbitant amount. (nicely trapped) The scary thing is mtn's service person actually phoned there umchlanga branch and she told me the number apparently does not exist and she couldn't get them to resolve my problem as she couldn't get through to them at all. (feeling so *****ed) well lets see but im not too optimistic that mtn has the best interest of their clients at heart anymore and it seems there branches will promise a deal and stick you with another just to make the sale, luckily i saved all the phone conversations and can prove all of this. my recommendation, dont trust mnt if they phone promising a "special" its a trick, and its a shame because in south africa mtn's data network is the fastest and normally extremely reliable, pity they trap people like this.
