I advice people to stay away from this Dentist if you are planning to use medical aid, they ******* all your savings and not even have a decency to advice a client which procedure is expensive instead you will find out from the claim. I will never, I mean ever use them again they did me dirty😖😖
I called Bonitas on Tuesday to find out about the status of my refund. The consultant said everything has been finalised, the refund has been released, and it will take 5-10 working days to reflect in my bank account. Yesterday afternoon, I received an email about Savings on the vetting and verification process, so I don't know which is which, and if Bonitas is willing to refund me, as the waiting period is over. Their service is pathetic; it looks like they have employed people who are not trained. Today, you hear this; tomorrow, another story. BONITAS, WHEN ARE YOU REFUNDING MY MONEY?
I have a refund due, and I was told to wait 4 months. now May has arrived, Bonitas is playing games, telling me to certify banking details. Who certifies banking details? I went to SAPS, now they tell me the police must write a long history about their profession. The same bank account they were deducting money from now I was running around. I'm disappointed, and I want my refund. Every time I call, I get a different story. I regret choosing them as Medical aid. BONITAS CAN YOU REFUND MY MONEY
I went to enquire about the gym at Planet fitness in Parklands the guy with dreadlocks took my details. I still told him im not signing up now, I will let him know as soon as im ready. On my surprise I received a contract with out my signature saying i have joined of which I never joined. Was I wrong by enquiring?
I'm so ****ed. I received a text that my parcel is out on delivery I constantly called,even whatsapp i was told parcel will be delivered b4 17:30 yesterday now on tracking it shows I wasn't available.Sies maan why the lies been waiting for a call the whole day
1st Order: I received an incorrect color of the watch, i complained same day the consultant called me to let me know that the driver will come pick up the order, till this day no-one is answering my emails, its been 2 weeks. 2nd Order: I placed it on the 14 April till today i havent heard from WR. I will never and ever buy anything from them i regret doing so.
I received an sms from Foschini thanking me that i have paid my account in advance on the 29 November,they said i must pay R363 and i went to the store same day i paid R500 but now since Monday they have been sending me threatening smses that they will take legal action against me for R363. I have sent proof of payment of R500 but i still receive threatening smses and they are not replying to emails. What legal action are they going to take because my account was never in arrears from the start. Im soo disappointed & i feel like paying the balance and close that account.
I Requested an Uber started and put the correct location where the drivers normally pick up the people I even wrote a note for the driver for better directions if he doesn’t understand. The driver went to the wrong location, I kept on explaining exactly where I am as it wasn’t safe for me to walk to where he was and he was so arrogant to the extent that he ended up cancelling my trip and I have already paid for that from my card. How do you go to the wrong location then it’s a client fault, I want my R25 back . Uber drivers are very rude and impatient and don’t know how to use GPS.
I used DMJ bus on the 13th August to Cape Town what a bad experience? A driver was speeding like he was driving a sports car turning on the De Dorens with 100 speed and when were in Cofimvaba Eastern Cape we were nearly involved in car accident because the driver was on a high speed. Please consider this as it is serious there were 60 people in the bus.
I sent a parcel from Cape Town to Jhb i was advised that the bus will arrive @ 6am but the collector was there before that so that he wont miss the bus even now its after 9am no bus has arrived..I phoned CT just to track it the lady who answered the phone was soo rude with bad attitude I will never use Translux/City to City again yeeer
