I once again called the UIF contact center and spoke to a consultant named Hope who was very unhelpful and not even a single manager wanted to speak to me. Very disappointing service. I am still waiting for my UIF claim 2 months later.
To whom it may concern, I app**** for a UIF claim on the 4th of April 2024 at the Labour Center, however after 3 weeks of following up, I discovered that the consultant who was helping me did not submit my documents hence it was rejected. I have since been corresponding with the consultants from the call center and was advised to submit the outstanding documents via the online portal which I did. I have been following up with this claim every week during the month of May and today, when I called, I spoke to Jeffrey who is a manager and the call center and he advised me to escalate this as it has been over 35 days since the assessor was looking at my claim. He had promised to reach me back before the end of the business day, however I am still waiting. I have never dealt with this level of incompetency in my life, it's appalling! At this point, I can't even log in to the Labour Department online portal as I am getting an error that my credentials are incorrect. Lies! I need someone to look into this ASAP. What is going on????
Case number M256090C - withdrawal claim The level of incompetency with Liberty is appalling. I was advised on the 17th of April that my provident fund claim would be paid out and the money to reflect in my account with 10 working days. It’s past 10 working days and I am still waiting with no communication from your side. I called last week and was advised latest 2nd May. What date is it today? Can a competent person, if there is any, look into this as I’ve sent numerous emails which were unattended to!
My phone is completely off now!!!!! I have been waiting to hear from your company after the call last week. Can someone please get in touch with me ASAP!!!! I am not happy about your service at all.

My phone went for repairs, I received an email that it would be delivered to me last week Friday, it's Monday today and still no phone! I've emailed your team to get feedback on this and I am getting no response. Why is your customer service people not reaching out or replying to my emails? What is going on with my phone?? This is the 2nd time I'm having a terrible experience with communication from your company.
I just picked up my order from where it was delivered only to find out that one of the earrings is faulty. How dissapointing! I waited quite a while only to receive faulty earrings. Come on guys, be serious!
Waited 2 hours for a consultant at the Thibault Sqaure branch, only to get a bank statement. Why is this branch not hiring more staff because the service is too slow! The ATMs were out of printing paper so we were forced to come inside the branch. Even then, there's nothing done to accommodate this inconvenience! And yet there's new hires walking around or chilling at reception. I've honestly had it with this bank! Even their fees are high.
The level of service at Supersonic is horrendous . We have called on Friday to request a change of address on our monthly statement, spoke to a consultant named Feni Zonke who promised a revised statement will be issued with the correct address, but never heard back from her. Today we called and spoke to Boity/Boitumelo who also confirmed the address was amended on their systems and will email the statement but that has no been actioned. Just empty promises. I've applied for a job and they have requested for me to show an invoice with the correct address for my fibre. How am I suppose to get that ****en job now??? Why is it so damn hard to get a statement that shows which address you are supplying? You are so incompetent Supersonic.
Your customer service is ****. Been trying to get a hold of your consultants since 10:00 this morning. One dropped the call on me after taking my details. I've been debited twice within a space of 10 days and i want my money back otherwise I won't be paying the rest of my installments for my loan for the next 11 months.
