Granting her additional time while my family remains homeless violates the NFO Vulnerable Consumer Policy. Confirmed Misappropriation: The attorneys confirmed they did not hold my funds and instructed Vartrust to refund me. ABSA-BRANDED OFFER LETTER USED IN R146K UNAUTHORIZED ESTATE SALE – 10 YEARS NO REFUND FROM VARTRUST In 2013, I paid R146,178.79 for a property in an insolvent estate. VAR Trust (Renee Varejes & Darren Lundin) kept my deposit, even though the sale never went through. The offer letter used Absa branding and included a 5% commission, but the transaction was unauthorized and legally void. Tracy Hill (Resolution Trust) and the Master of the High Court oversaw the estate. Despite formal legal demands, my money has been withheld for 10 years. I am demanding full refund plus 10 years accrued interest.

The service I received from Sani Car Rental Sandton from a gentleman and Theo regarding the car they rented me Car was not in good condition ..the gentleman said I must go pick up the car in Rustenburg branch the lady by the name of Thabang said its not true that I must pick up a car . The consultant kept on asking me how much amount was paid into the account I was enquiring about when the money will be returned to SARS because the account is closed and money was paid in that account But he kept on asking me how much but not helping me . I called using FNB App I am worried about the ethics of FNB and safety of dealing with their consultant
