We have bought 3 Beds from Bears in October 2025. One bed's wire is On The Verge of Pulling through the bed. This is a great hazard as it can CAUSE someone's DEATH. The other bed is making noises and quite soft in the middle(this can lead to a person's back being sore). These BEDS Are rotten Sh*t! You spend tons of money on things you think is of good quality and then bam! Not really.. THESE BEDS are not even 6 MONTHS OLD and they are already giving problems or better yet, feeling like OLD Used Beds. This has been reported to the Kariega(Uitenhage) branch and escalated to East London who has now been asking us countless times to take pictures of the wired bed and make videos of the other bed with and softness in the middle. It seems like the store now wants to shift their responsibility onto us to do the work they must do. Instead they must Pick Up These Beds and assess the complaints which have been made. I SHOULD NOT BE TELLING THEM HOW OTO DO THEIR JOB. We want NEW Beds or Our Money back! IMMEDIATELY !!!
The Dept. Home Affairs in Uitenhage / Kariega is the WORST. People have been going there since last week and every day the machines are offline. This is really draining as people get up early to go sit in a queue every dah just to be shown away Again. This is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Employ people who actually want to work!!!!!! What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

No Money Since August !!!! BETWAY is misleading people. My sister have been waiting for her winings to be paid out since August. It's now December. Calls are made every day. Every day agents tell her that the money will be paid out in 24 hours or 48 hours. Once that time is over the same **** is being told to her. I believe that the money is in the process of being ****** by insiders. I will personally take this matter further. Hollywood bets will be exposed.

TELKOM! TELKOM! TELKOM! TELKOM! NO NETWORK SINCE SATURDAY PLUS MY DATA GETS TAKEN. I WANT MY DATA AND I WANT COVERAGE
I am on PRICE-LOCK, meaning, every single month, a fixed amount of money needs to be paid or deduced from my account. For three months I have been overcharged. In the month of August I have been overcharged with R79, In September with R168 and on 31st October 2019 AGAIN, I have been overcharged with R89. I have been calling Multichoice and they have been lodging complaints on the system and at the same time escalating these...STILL, nothing is happening. When these amounts are calculated, it shows that I have been overcharged with an amount of R336. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On 22 September Telkom phoned me and sold a promotional sim-card to me of 10 gig for R99 over 24 months. This sounded like a good offer and so I accepted it. I did tell the consultant that I want to keep my original phone number and not the contact one. She said that that would not be a problem. They will sort it out for me the moment the sim-card will be activated. On 25 September 2019 the courier company came to drop off the sim-card and I called Telkom moments later to tell them I have received the item. The department working with my query was already closed. I called the following day, 26 September 2019 and Ntsako helped me also saying that my details was not correctly captured on their database and that he will investigate. He said that he will get back to me but I am still waiting. I called TODAY, 27 September 2019 and was told that the time for activation has already expired but after she took my details she said she will make work of it. THE MOMENT I TOLD THE LADY I ALSO REQUESTED A NUMBER CHANGE because I told the consultant whom sold this DAMN sim-card to me that we do not have a Telkom branch in my area, she said that would not be a problem. 1. I WAS BEING LIED TO 2. I HAVE A SIM-CARD THAT IS NOT ACTIVATED. 3. EVERYTIME I CALL TELKOM I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF AND AM BEING TOLD DIFFERENT NONSENSE. 4. THEY HAVE ALL MY DETAILS AND THIS MONEY WILL BE TAKEN FROM MY BANK. 5. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT .
MTN is a fraud! My mom recharged her phone last night and when she wanted to use the airtime moments after she recharged, it was gone!
I have made 1 call with a R60 and the rest is taken// DISAPPEARED!!! HOW THE HELL DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT?!
