I am writing to formally address the concerning issues that arose during my recent experience with PAWFECT pet care. While initially I was comfortable leaving my 3-month-old puppy under their care, recent events have caused me serious distress, and I feel compelled to bring these matters to everyone's attention. 1. Injury to My Puppy: After my puppy returned from day care, I noticed a visible injury on her ear, as well as marks on her face where she had been hurt. When I raised this issue with them, they mentioned that they had not noticed these injuries. This raises significant concerns about the level of supervision and care my puppy received while in their facility. Given her young age and playful nature, I expected more diligent attention to ensure her safety. 2. Confusion Regarding Billing: Upon picking up my puppy on the final day of her stay, I was surprised to receive an additional invoice indicating that I had kept my pup for an extra day. This was not the case, as I picked her up four hours earlier than scheduled. I explained this discrepancy and was willing to pay for the minor adjustments I made by arriving 2-5 minutes earlier on a few days, but I refused to pay for a full extra day I did not take advantage of. Despite this, I was met with harassment and unprofessional behaviour, which I find completely unacceptable. 3. Privacy Violation: Furthermore, I am deeply concerned by their decision to post my personal information on Facebook, alongside inaccurate statements regarding this situation. This is a clear violation of my privacy rights under the POPIA act, and I am currently taking legal action regarding this matter. I expect all businesses to respect their clients' privacy and to refrain from any form of public shaming or harassment. 4. Unprofessional Behaviour: It became clear that the level of care for my puppy was inadequate. On one occasion, I observed them attending to laundry rather than monitoring the pets in your care, which is troubling when I entrusted them with my puppy’s safety. Additionally, the self-promotion of your business with fabricated reviews raises further questions about the integrity of your operation. Request for Resolution: In light of these incidents, I request the following: An explanation and written apology for the lack of supervision and care for my puppy. A refund for the disputed charge of R242.00, as I did not take my puppy for an extra day. A retraction of the false statements made about me on social media, along with a public apology. Assurance that steps will be taken to improve the level of care and professionalism in your daycare to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Completely disgusted with Dr Rachelle Isakov. My dad went for an operation where Dr Isakov operated on his hand to remove a metal object from his hand. Firstly they discharged him without giving him instruction as to how and when to clean the wound. Secondly my dad went back eventually to remove the stiches from his hand for the nurse to gut it with a normal scissor and hurting my dad in the process. My dad mentioned to the doctor that his hand is still pretty sore and swollen 4 weeks after the accident just for Dr Isakov to advise him that its normal and the swelling will go down, all good and my dad left it. Yesterday 4 November 2024 my dad saw black stuff in his wound. He the asked his spouse to please have a look to discover there was still black plastic from the bike accident stuck in his wound which his spouse removed. After i discussed this with Dr Isakov she bluntly discarded my opinion and said i am not a surgeon and dont have insight. Surely i dont need to be a surgeon to know that before closing any wound with stiches that you need to ensure all objects are removed from a wound?? I really wish i could share our conversation and pictures of what my dad removed from his hand. Its not a small piece of plastic but the size of a R5 coin. Dr Isakov advised nothing can be done as we don't have any proof?? how ridiculous?? my dad removed that piece of plastic himself because Dr Isakov is to *********** to do so herself. What a disgrace!!! And to top it all off she rescheduled my dad's surgery TWICE after he prepped by not eating etc for the surgery. The Nurses is amazing at Flora, but DR ISAKOV is ***********!!!
I ordered a chicken mayo sandwich and chips.. everything looked so blunt and it was tasteless... bread wasnt even toasted well and the was almost no chicken mayo in die bread!!!!! Im DISGUSTED WITH WIMPY FLORA CENTRE
I've Ordered from Tony's Blue a few times now. In the beginning, when they just opened I supported them a lot! The delivery was fast and the filling was so much. I was so impressed. as I ordered, again and again, the delivery time became longer and filling became less. Today I waited 51 MINUTES for my order.. and I am 2 Minutes away from them
I called in to find out more about the garden as i didn't get much info on the website as it would've been my first time going there. The Receptionist answered the phone as if its trouble. I asked her the questions i wanted and her reply wasn't more than 2 words. PATHETIC!!! She was plain and simple rude!! After i spoke to her and said well thanks anyway she didn't even say goodbye or anything of that sort. She just dropped the phone. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE STAFF!!
I went out for dinner at pizza delforno at flora centre. the food was not good at all.. def not worth my money. The chicken was way over done it was so dry and almost burnt. The burger that we ordered had no taste whatsoever. And when we went to pay and the waiter realized we only tipping him R10 he was upset and gave us attitude and were rude because of the small tip. Wont ever eat there sgsin
I wrote my exam 7th of November 2017. On that they and on emails they said we will receive our results on the 2nd of Feb 2018. I've been calling them since the 2nd too find out what is going on. On Friday i called and they said they only started marking at 12 o'clock . So i waited . The Tuesday(6 Feb 2018) i called again and i got thru and they said there is no results yet. I called back that afternoon again asking whats going on.. the lady i spoke to said she'll quickly speak to the exam department i must hold on the line. i was holding for almost 10 minutes and then the call just cut.. After that call i can't get through to them at all. i emailed a lot but no response. They are quick to register you and take the money but you struggle to get your results out of them.. That's just so ridiculous. BAD SERVICE. I WON'T RECOMMEND INTEC COLLEGE TO ANYONE
