Everything started off well, we had no issues until midway through, when we received our desserts then a larger party of patrons arrived, they were a lot and keep standing close to our table which we did not complain about imagine sitting and eating and having people hover over you, the icing on the cake is when one of the waiters or manager he did not even state who he was asked us to move outside as this larger party needs the space, mind you there were empty seats right next where we were seated there was also other patrons on the side which this party were seated but they were not asked to move, the whole experience felt very ****** as the white and black patrons were not asked to move and yet we had still ordered some drinks so its not like we were done and just sitting.
I am not happy with a product and have been trying to request a refund and get no response from their communication channels.
DISGUSTING treatment, I took a phone on contract and was not happy with the device i logged a request to cancel the very next day 18 Feb, yet I was billed in full, the contract was not cancelled, and till now one one can resolve no one comes back to me, this is madness
Bought a tv on 25th and was invoiced on 26th May 2020. On 6th June the yv started having a faulty display i have called so many times and couldn't get thru to online support and when I did get connect during my 14day period the line was disconnected. Then I managed to get through again and was told the issue would be escalated this was last week and still no one has come back to me ..... I have a brand new TV with faulty display which causes static like lines while watching.. makro Sa service stuck
Went into store last week wed was paid if payment is made same day the bed would be delivered the Friday it has been been over a week since we purchased the bed and still no delivery every time we call we get no resolve and a lot of empty promises. This is one of the worse customer services we have received. Them make empty promise of delivery they don't deliver on time as promised. I had to stay of of work twice already waiting for a bed that never showed. This is extremely poor customer service and I will never recommend their services to anyone.
I applied for Fibre and had a dispute where what was shown on the add and what I was told where 2 diff things on the cost with #afrihost and vumatel, then no line was install.. Last week finally resolved or so I thought and was told to cancel the 1st order and re apply so I can get the new promo... I have email confirmation that now I get this promo and telephonic confirmation that payment is after 2 months and now #afrihost is telling me of the 1st order yet this was not mentioned on call or email... How do I proceed cos it's highly unfair to pay the cost when I was inform of the 2 month promo and that i will be billed as normal and i dont get this 2 free month promo
Booked a flight via Budgetair.com last week Sat, the funds was deducted from my bank account however the tiket was never issues, after eventually getting hold of them I was informed due to seat availability that is why the ticket wasn't issued and a refund was made which should reflect in my account with 5 days, it is now day 7 and still no funds in account, I even called my bank who in turn was willing to assist provided that Budgetair.com send an email stating the bank can proceed with the reversal, they did not do so instead I get attitude from the agent for my own money that is due to me there service really sucks.......
