I had the worst experience with Game Southgate. My sister bought a Bennett Read 28l microwave on the 1st of July 2023.Within a period of two months the microwave was no longer functional, it was not warming the food. I returned the item back at Game around October 2023 and was told they will book it in for repairs (how do you repairs something that is still new).It was repaired and I was called to collect it around beginning of November 2023. On the 10th of December the problem started all over again. I went back to the store on the 13th of December with their product and spoke with Xoli who advised that they will refund me within 24 hours. I asked for a new microwave on the same day and she called her manager by the name of Mpho ( fat and short lady) who told me she will ask for refund on my behalf and rudely said Game did not invite me to come buy at their store as I was asking for a new microwave. She went on to say I must google the terms and conditions of 1evo product or call them so that they can refund me. To this day I have not heard anything from Game( Xoli and Mpho). I just want game to give me my money Ill go where they value their customers since Game Southgate branch don't.
I took out a life cover some years back with OUTsurance and has been paying my premiums without fail. I sent them emails last week requesting for the policy to be cancelled due to personal reasons. They did not respond I then decided to call them and spoke to Tshidi who offered to reduce my premium I went and checked my budget and thought I could take the offer because Gregory advised me that I will lose all the premiums I have been paying which makes a total of R7000.I fail to understand why they cannot refund me my money because I never claimed or gave them problems when they were deducting from my account. He advised me that they can only refund R38 from the R7000 which I feel its a reap off as according to my knowledge if you cancel your policy and the contribution made does not amount to R10000 or more, the insurance company must refund you your contributions made. I just want to cancel your policy OUTsurance and get a refund of the contributions made through out the years as I can no longer afford this policy in my budget. Is that too much to ask?
I took an Investment policy in January 2023 for a yearly amount of R4000 and Retirement fund of R300 over 24 years and was assisted by Mojalefa Komane, who advised me it will be captured and I will access the funds after 5 years. I transferred the R4000 into a metropolitan account. To my surprise Metropolitan debited R4300 on the 20th of February which was not our agreement. I then advised Mojalefa of the situation and he advised me that he will speak with his manager and they will refund my money since things didn't go according to my request and knowledge, He said the data capturers made a mistake. I then received a call from Tebogo Tsholo who advised me that he is investigating my case and he will refund me my money, Another consultant by the name of Belinda called me on the 28 February 2023 and activated my retirement fund policy for R300 and advised me to send a letter for refund request for the R4000 that I transferred. I sent through the letter on the 2nd of March 2023.On the 7th of March I received an email from Metropolitan life that I must send them a Sworn Affidavit with a case number and three signatures which I fail to understand why must I run around for my money. I called metropolitan because I wanted to understand the email and the consultant dropped my call. I just want Metropolitan life to refund me my R4000 because their staff is incompetent.
I received a call from a consultant at Foschini offering me a club magazine and I declined. To my surprise I check my November and December statement Foschini has charged me R39 for club magazine, which I fail to understand because I never authorize for the club magazine, and I never received Foschini club magazine for over 5years.I would Foschini to refund me my R39 that I've paid into the account without my knowledge and send me a written apology for the inconvenient caused. Can Hellopeter please give me the contact details for retail shops ombudsman as I would like to take this further.
I have been a customer of foschini for over 10 years however I dont receive a statement,I called the last year September 2021,asking for an emailed statement at Mall of the south(Foschini),they agreed to email it to my personal email adress.They never did, I went to Maponya mall(Foschini) and asked them to email me the statement and confirmed the email address with the consultant. They never sent me anything except promotional calls for their marketing purpose. I sent them an email asking for the statement, to this day I never received anything. What kind of business are they running if they don't follow NCR regulation. A clause that says a customer is entitled tp receive a statements as per agreement. Right now I don't know what's happening with my account. I need statements via email.

I took out a contract online for 30GB day and 30GB night, to my surprise MTN keep loading an incorrect data in my sim, since I took out a sim-only contract in august. I have been calling mtn since the 16th December(spoke to Xolisa:REF:1-3062262124,18 December spoke to Penelope,Zanele and Slindokuhle: REFSMC/00012223903, on the 21st December spoke to Xobile REF:1-3134097706)I went to mtn outlet at The Glen mall on the 23rd December and a query was logged:REF:1-3157827870 and I'm being sent from pillar to post. I send an email to their complains dept. on the 24th December and did not receive any help. I received emails from Lesego Nkosi(couldn't help me),Musa Nzolo (couldn't help),Gladys Ramarumo (couldn't help) Hellopeter, please help me to get my data as per my contract and I would like to have the recording when I took out the contract since mtn never sent me my contract as per our agreement over the phone. I'm very unhappy with the level of service I'm getting from mtn when I'm paying them without any problems. My details are as follows:A6139668,my contact number is 0832536500.
I would like to give a thumbs up to the ladies working at the spa. The service I received was awesome,The reception lady was very friendly.The ladies that was giving us the massage was friendly and professional.I just want to say"keep up the good work ladies".
I would like an explanation on the data bundles that are being loaded in my account.I received an sms on the 12th of December 2020(morning) that stated that my account has been recharged with 30gig,I then received another one that said my promotional data has been loaded,however when I check the balance on *135#(detailed balance) said my balance is 21.91GB,I received the smses in the morning(8:00am) and checked the balance around 9:00am same day.I called the customer service number and did not get any help.I would like to understand the package that I took and I want to know what happened to my 8.09GB of data that I pay for.According to my knowledge I must get 20GB day and10GB promotional data(30GB in total) for day and night,but its not what was loaded in my account. Can somebody with an explaination please reply since the customer care number has been busy the whole day today and my email is not responded.My number is 083 253 6500.
