Discovery life and viatality it a **** I tell you. I have been phoning the company to link my park run with my profile. What sort of company that doesn’t have a email department for support. It the second month with them i am regretting my choice to join. I phone every day to be tranferd from pillar to post. Customer service it a foreign language to them.
I bought on line cash, at bash 4 items. I only received one item which i collected at the store on the 17 November. I told the store clerk that it was 4 items the other a set. , i asked her to check for me she refused said i need to wait for parcel order advising me it ready. I waited constantly checking emails as i was greeted reminders every day to pick ip. Today i wake up to the said new my package will be refunded to cash reason being i never collected the order. I checked my inbox nothing. I sent email to bash they said nothing they can do , take your money and bounce, nothing we can do for you. I was not happy i phoned the customer number on google after a lengthy conversation they told me this number is written bash but not belong to bash only to tfg , bash they told me that of that i need to call another number. I phoned yhe new number they said it out of their hands if i got the email of the refund today!!! I explained that this item is a set they said , theycant do anything about it it out of their hands however they acknowledged that it a system error that i never received the email sent on 15 November , and i was at the store to collect on the 17 November . My airtime was finished the call hot cut off no one phoned me back although they had promised to help. Who is supposed to help me ? They didn’t send me a notification my order was at yhe store, i went to the store the they said they can’t find it, no one called me on the order that i need to come collect or email. Who is responsible? And yhis order is paid for . Every one is sending me from pillar to post. No one is apologising or planning to sort the mess the bash team did!
They operate like a taxi business the take it or leave it attitude.i had closed my account with them and moved debit orders as i was advised, someone deposited money after, i have been phoning the bank, the call agent are reffering to the branch, the branch are sending me back to call center. I dont think anyone knows what to do. I have been send from pillar to post no joy

044367281x01 I had requested the plan to be increased by 150, they swnd. Me wrong form that say decrease by 150 , i sent email and i phoned telling them .the agent said the forms are correct i must send them. I filled the form and i wrote on the form that i want premium increase not decrease. Only to find in april they decrease. I phoned telling them , i ask for a manager they refuse they said it will be sorted in 14 day, i would phone evey week they kept giving different information every time , now it the now the swcond month, when i phone it not done but they don’t want to escalate to supervisor,and they don’t want me to speak to someone handling it, my payslip closes tomorrow that mean now it to e second month of these nonsense

I bought a phone on their website, coz it was only advertised online.they did not offer insurance for the phone.when I received the phone from the courier. The following day I than contact the call center about getting cellphone insurance. Which they referd me to the branch saying that it done at the branch even though it purchased online.the branch refused to issue insurance .they say the insurance is suppose to be activate on the day of the purchase.so I don't qualify. I phoned their under writer they told me the same thing.i am afraid to carry my phone coz it not insured.i am upset that these big retailers are promoting internet shopping yet, they don't have proper procedures to deal with online insurance.to me it incompetent coz everyone is giving me the runner around.no one seems to know who should offer me cell phone insurance.it not even 30 days yet .

Last october 2017,my houses was flooded after the storm the whole house.i had forgoten that i had property insurance .after two weeks after the storm i went to absa just to inquire as the repairs were being costly.absa told me that i qualify for a claim ,i should lodge a claim which i did.i had not started on repairs but i had made estimate i told the call center all this,he said i should wait 4 claim 2 be processed first,somone will come to the houses, i wated 3 weeks no one came 2 asses the house,i went 2 the branch again,he said they will send an assesor ,however if i already bought material i should keep receipt and email 2 them.i waited agan for assesor no joy,i went 2 branch ,the agent said they call someone but in case they cannnot they gave details of of the private contractor.the contractor only came once i had phone him.week went by i phone absa ,they said got the report from the contractor but they are now going 2 send their own contract 2 weeks went by .i phone again,the contractor only came after week after.he took picture and receipt of material coz it was more than a month i was loosing hope.he said it will be finalised within 2 days.again 2 weeks pass.i phone to find the status of my claim.the agent said they dont have the contracctors information.i told them that he was at my house 2 weeks bak.i demande to epeak 2 a manager ,they refused,i demande to speak 2 somone who is handling my case they refused.it now february 2018 i do not know the status of the claim,the manager is not available,supervisor is not available,the guy who is handling my case is not available, everybody is just happy 2 get my premium.no one at the call center is knows the status of the claim.i have had this insurance for 22 years ..no joy
