Eduvos Pretoria Campus….. my daughter is a 3 rd year Psychology student at this campus. She is busy applying for her Honours at different universities as this one does not offer the degree. Now i have mentioned this place previously in other complaints because it looks like the only time that they do something is when there name is out there in the open. She has been trying to get a Subject Legend form Eduvos for almost a month with no luck , there student advisors is no help , the academic administration is no help, the principal is only forwarding emails to people that also does not know what to do or what’s going on in the place. How difficult can it be?? Other universities that is not even internationally recognised has Subject Legends available and know what it is…..and this for a expensive private university. The time for applications is running out and my daughter needs to have this Legend by the end of next week to avoid the application from being cancelled. So tell me Eduvos when will we get it.
Absolutely bad service, ordered parts on the 3 March order no EPFSBQAZI already. Phoned on the 6 th to enquire about the status of order. After being disconnected 3 times i got hold of online order department, woman just saying she will get back to me……. Today is the 11 th and still no response from them. Sent emails to there customer service team, also same story they just forward your mail to online department.
Order was placed on 04/01/2025, delivery stated is 5-14 work days , It is today 16 Work days later with still no product in hand. Sent numerous emails to Info@ITworkup and Ulrich at there Office on Thursday to enquire status of Order. Only received a Whatsapp from them on Friday afternoon 15:41 notifying me that the order was not been delivered to them do to Weather Conditions ??? They can't deliver because its to Hot or What. Also saying that my Email provider was blocking emails from them, which I queried with service provider and no such block existed. New Delivery date is 28/01/2025 but we will see. Note to anyone that wants to Buy from ITworkup , If they don't have the stock on hand in warehouse, don't even border ordering it from them. Spare yourself the trouble and order from a reputable supplier.
We paid for a order , they received payment and don’t want to release purchase. There support system sucks , no one reply to enquiries or complaints.
Booked parking with looking4parking,quote for 1 days parking was R160 , paid the a deposit R49 via credit card , dropped car off at OR Tambo on Wednesday morning and landed Thursday evening, called number and driver was waiting when we came into parking, when driver handed keys over ,he requested that i pay R200 for the service in cash. When I query it he became extremely aggressive saying i must pay the amount even that the quote was R160 . Will never use these DAP parking ever again , bunch or ******…..
My daughter is first year psychology at Eduvos Menlyn. one week in class and next week online class . They were informed Friday that from Monday it will only be online classes. They went to see the principal and manager this morning with no help what so ever , just say sorry we can’t do anything. Absolutely bad bad service. I do not recommend this institution for your child. They only profit driven and gives no value to your child’s education…….. stay far away
Ordered mags and tyres online on Saturday, wed site say 2-3 working days delivery to Centurion outlet, get a phone call today saying that the don’t have the rims in stock , supplier don’t have in stock but can supply something else at a much higher price and its not what i want . Why the hell the do they advertise something if they don’t have stock , just bad bad bad service from Autostyle which there owner Mr. Mohamed Mayat can do something to correct the ****ty service culture in his business . Won’t recommend them to anyone .
Hyundai Centurion - my daughter dropped het Hyundai i10 off for a service today , she showed the service representative where the anti hijacking button is in the car , an hour later she received a phone call from Hyundai that the doors of the car does not want to open , who ever tried moving the car did not press the anti hijack bottom and the hole system is now not working , driver door does not want to open . Hyundai centurion workshop manager refuse to help saying that its not there problem even when the car was dropped off in perfect working condition. Bad bad bad service , will never take the car back to them
Went to Istore in Centurion twice to active a phone contract, was sent away twice because the Mtn agent was not at work. If they know that they not going to be at work why is there not a standby person available.
Order side skirts and bumper spoilers on 10 November, paid online and asked for delivery to there Centurion branch, gave they 10 days to deliver as they said items was in stock, went to branch on the 21 November, after there staff ran around like headless chickens for 30 min, they said its not yet there, phoned head office despatch and the guy said it should be at centurion on Monday, but they will phone me, today is 30 November, sent a mail to online orders, they read the mail and forwarded it to tilly@autostyle with no reply as yet. They already spent my money with no parts in my hands as yet..... Bad bad bad service
