Astron Energy Ruimsig on C/O Hendrik Potgieter and Peter Road needs to train it's petrol attendants in customer service. For a couple times that I have been at this petrol station I have experienced poor service. Your attendants service is poor to the T. This petrol station has lost one customers as of yesterday, 22.02.2026. I left the station after waiting for 20 min to be attended to without pouring petrol.
Truworths online are ****mers, they sell used products to customers.
I called Telkoms customers service number 081180 Tiisetso answered and hung up on me. I called the number again Thabiso transferred me to a non existing extension, again the call was cut off. The two consultants(Tiisetso & Thabiso) who picked up my call were both unhelpful. Telkom train your staff properly. No wonder there are so many negative reviews it's because customers dont receive help when they contact your call centre.
I placed an order with webafrica. They told me my order was canceled because they don't provide internet services to my area and that money's paid will be refunded to me. Suddenly today I received emails, whattsaps and messages that my order was approved all of a sudden, however when I checked the address, it was an incorrect address. I sent whattsaps to no response other than Willie-the-bot telling me you have influx of requests. I called and my calls were cut off. Continue with my cancelation and refund me my money. I don't want to deal with such incompetency, delete my details from your systems and direct your approved order to the right person.
I canceled my services with metrofibre in Nov 2024 and to date my line is still not canceled. You are not providing me with any internet services, cancel my internet services as requested please.
Gen thank you for excellent service and to everyone the products work. I am happy that I found the slim you nut. I was skeptical to try as I had tried other products before that didn't work for me. I have lost 4kgs already and I have never felt so good💃
Nonhlanhla Sinthumele is the worst employee to deal with at Discovery insure third party claims department. She doesn't take calls nor return them. She doesn't even respond to emails. Honestly even the one star I gave her she doesn't deserve. I'm disappointed, it's such employee that tarnish company names.....
Dear Capitec, Thank you for making my banking experience such a beautiful one. I have been struggling to pay one of my accounts using a different bank(won't mention the name here). I have a capitec account and I never thought of using it for such a transaction and today I did. You know what I wish I did so earlier, the transaction went through which means from now on I will be using capited bank to pay this account. Thank you, thank you, thank you...... :-) I am such a happy customer this morning and please keep up the good work.

I have recently applied for a degree at Millpark, Paid the application fee of R600, received acceptance letter etc. I then tried to register on-line I failed. I sent an email to student service with my query regarding registration and Kulthum Dollie responded informing me that he will attend to my query. The next day I received an email from Pravesh Harilall, who insisted that I send an email directly to him. I did that and cc'd student service. He came back and told me that I need to send an email directly to him, email below: Good day Dear Makabelo Letsekha Thank you for your email. Please note I did call 0*******but there no answer and voicemail Please email me personally on ********** Please send me your best contact details and I will call you back to resolve. I informed Pravesh that he should communicate with me via email as I was not able to take my calls due to work commitments. He still insisted on phoning till he stopped but never responded on email What was such a huge hassle for student service to respond to my query on email. Eventually I phoned and was on hold for over 30minutes. I think Milpark is a money making scheme all they want is for us to pay our application fees then treat us like pieces of trash afterwards. That is our hard earned money for your information. What incompetency!!! I'm actually glad I didn't register with you maybe even that wouldn't have gone well.
