Sassa Krugersdorp doesn't assist at all ,from in the morning only 10 people to be served, out of +- 200 people a day they service only few ,not even a quarter of them.Our old citizens are iltreated there's no disciple at all.we cannot even find someone to raise the matter .Please we need help.And always is 3 workers on the desk ,that's why people cannot be helped.we need this office to be invistigated with an immediate effects, our people are suffering a lot THANK YOU
On the 23 November 2023 at 10:28pm I lost my money in my Tyme bank account.The money was 99960.00 transfered from FNB to Tyme bank for investing in their goal plan investment.while I was still busy reansfering the first 50000 in ,when I have to conclude to transfer the last 49000,it was not allowing.I then told myself to try the next day , unfortunately that night my 20000 was ******.the remaining was 29000,I saw an email in the morning from Tyme bank for being blocking my account ,I then call them what they said was they block my account because they saw a suspicious withdrawn from my account.I had no access to login my account.I was told to go to the nearest Kiosk for help.I changed the cell phone number and password,it took me 2 days to login my account.I went back to the same Kiosk for help finally I managed to login assisted by a Kiosk lady there.When it opens,is when I saw that some of my money is missing which was 20000.the 5000 was withdrawn as a cash send as 1000 x5 times.and the 15000 was through an EFT 5000 first then 10000 next.They were using 2 different cell phone 0660000226 and 0764781355.I still have all the transactions on my phone.The 5000 returned back to my account after days,when I ask them ,they said because the cash withdrawal was expired that's why it went back to me.The 15000 is gone until today.The case was opened for investigation,I kept on doing the follow-up,is when the investigator called Snowi told me that there's nothing they can do, therefore the case is declined.I felt so dissapointed nice all was me who kept on calling them asking of how far about the case.iI cannot trust Tymebank anymore,I also talk bad about them wherever I go to my clients and everyone I met.I still need my kids school fees money to pay back.I will fight until I get it back .I need my children's money.
My 15000 was ****** from Tyme bank They declined my case after their investigation My ref is GFD-120928 PLEASE HELP
The service was excellent and very helpful. He made me understand and took his time ,Sanele was patient and knew his job perfectly.
Their customer service is very poor,instate of they explain to a client in detail,they insult and being arogant to their clients,iam referring to the ladies from their finance or collection department.I stopped to have a service with them,after I told them to report to their armed system as we're not doing well.After I called them for that report ,they said I will pay for my cost if they send their technician for repair.I was like nervous when I hear that as I did nothing wrong to their system,I cannot do anything to it .Nothing was working for 2 months and they busy deducting my money,I then stop and reverse because I didn't have service,after I ve done that ,they started to buck on me.How can they deduct though I don't have a service with them.They claimed that iam owing them 2 months of my money,.Then the statement came to say I owe 00 I paid them before the service was terminated.They came again ,and I send them the proof that iam not owing them ..they then kept quiet for 3 yrs ,and they then came now by saying iam owing them their radio transmission that they replaced,To my surprise what I know I paid to for the radio before the replacement otherwise they cannot replace,that was before the stoppage of their service.I guess someone is not doing the correct job there.please assist I don't owe this people they must stop bucking on me ,they frustrate me all the time.ADT ALSO DOES THE SAME WHEN U LIVE THEM THEY CLAIM THAT U ARE OWING THEM

I would like to thank Hellopeter to fight to get back the refund for my mom Fridge. If wasn't you,she would forfeit her money. We thank you a lot for the excellent job you are doing to those who doesn't have power to fight for their lost, more specially our seniors Citizens ship ,old people,Pensioners who cannot spoke for themselves.Thank you again and again.
Please Comsumers don't waste your money to go and buy Furnitures from Lewis Store,lets teach our elderly people *Pensioners not to risk by themselves to spend their last tears of grant for being robbed. First when they see them alone coming to the store, they convince them to buy with a higher price not even to think that they are pensioners therefore they cannot afford as much higher purchase.No 2 after the purchase, they dont disclose to them with the Terms and Condition Including their Warranties. No 3 they dont give the purchase proof plus of that Warranty,No 3 after the delivering of that Item/s they are not also given the delivery note to state that they brought the Item and to let the person to sign.They dont execise all of those services,Lastly they dont attend to the matter on time when reported until they can explain about their expiring of their Warranty.We have Stores that are reliable that cannot allow their customers to suffer,and to make sure that we must keep the warranties receipt safely and to be explained in a good manner ,and to make the customer to know that there is an extended warranty if may need,their Infomation is valid.So Lewis doesnt change they way they treating their customer so badly ".WATCH OUT"
I m back again about the fridge matter, from Belabela branch Limpopo .My fighting this on the behalf of my mom as a pensioner who bought a fridge cash 8000 and the fridge was liking water since new , instead of becoming cold, it was like not like that only the light was on and food was like rotten as was just quiet inside . My mom contacted the sales lady she bought from, to attend the matter, she kept on saying they will come until their 1 yr warranty was expired.They wanted my mom to pay for the repairs,is whem I stood up and fight for that because I am the witness of how the fridge was performing though I m not next to my mom ,but I could see what she was complaining about when visiting her.I wrote to Hello Peter to explain the matter ,after Peter confronted them, they called very quick and ask to repairs the fridge,right the fridge was still at their branch guess what?they brought the fridge the way it was, I spoke to the driver on call to make sure if the fridge was was really repaired,he said yes,the following day my mom switch the fridge on after 12hours was not liking water but not cold just a dump fridge with a light on , it was after 3 days after I have spoken to Carol from their headoffice and ask how is the fridge,the answer was the same as yesterday.Then she said she will send someone to check the fridge or a store manager,only to find that the driver came to fetch the fridge and promise my mom that they going to exchange,With the hope of a new fridge is coming, when Carol calls me today 29 Sept asking what is going on, I told her the story but it is not totally what is linked from the Store,I was telling the different story,and people from the store they were telling different from what i was told on call. From us please Hello Peter help for an exchange of of new fridge or to be refunded because we cannot trust that fridge anymore as it went up and down many times .
