The worst service that I have ever experienced, plenty emails ,calls ,whatsapps back and forward and no one gets back to you to resolve your issue. I wouldn't recommend this company at all
We moved over to zonewatch because the whole neighborhood moved over as a neighborhood watch group . I moved both my houses over to them and they installed one of their cameras on my property to monitor the road. We were told we would get access and was giving access to the particular camera that's on one's property. The one house Is a corner plot and when the alarm goes off I get get told they've inspected both sides but clearly they haven't as I'm watching them . I phone them patrol guy comes out again... My camera was down for a while and took forever to rectify but was sorted . I've recently upgraded my internet and the camera has gone offline , I've contacted them no one comes out , I've contacted local nhw to get hold of the manager (that doesn't answer my call ) and get given a repair date . Well almost 5 months later still no camera and cleary the 24 hour monitoring is a lie .... you've had a black screen for 5 months . Thank you for monitoring nothing and taking my monthly payment of both my property's
The staff at the branches are all very friendly but when you have a problem no one can help . I've been unable to add a new beneficiary for over 2 weeks . Branch level they have tried and thank you but the IT department just sucks , I will have no option but to close the account and go to a different bank
This is the worst service ever and will never use them again ! Delivery was missing items and you've got little to know communication with them , then they eventually refund R4.64 for a burger that costs R55.80 and every reply is automated and then the thread gets closed .
Unhappy camper So we are currently at Kam'Bati River Resort and this is definitely going on the list for one of the worst camps ever . Unfriendly staff with the exception of Lionel who tried his best . We booked two sites for 14 days and 4 sites for 7 days at a total of R40000 . On arrival we were told that the canoes/ kayaks are no longer available (this could have been mentioned in a bulk email before arrival and we could have brought our own ) . The toilets are disgusting the hot water gas geyser intermittently work leaving us with cold showers for most of the time , the toilets were constantly without toilet paper. Another camper was cleaning the toilets herself just to try and keep good hygiene. 5 showers and 5 toilets is simply not enough for the camp are the fact they are uni*** toilets doesn't go down well with kids going to the shower or toilets by themselves. The upper toilets were constantly blocked and campers from that side had to drive down to use this ablution facility. The small 4x4 pool also had issues to the extent that a fellow camper had to sort it out , the other small pool for the kids was closed because sand got in the pool ! The pool bar / restaurant that only makes pizza is a failure. We went order and was told there is no cheese (at a pizza place ) or day or so later someone asked for a pizza and there was no ingredients, but we gave it another go only to find it closed at 16:20 and closing time is 5pm we were told he had a long night and last order is at 16:30 . Our kids still wanted to try the pizza and went down again the next day only to find it closed again ... response was it's closed on check in days ... fourth lucky? No we managed to order 2 cheese pizzas that took over a hour and was thrown on the table without any apology . The so called shop has nothing , bearing in mind the town is 30 minutes away . The sites are nice and green but have almost no river access, we also hired tubs for the kids and told to collect and 1pm , tubes ready tubes were flat and only received them at 2pm after no one could find a pump . On the river one tube kept going flat ! (Another trip to town to go buy tubes ) We only got one braai per two sites , one of them was broken and it took the whole to get another one . Luckily we were a group of friends so we made two braais works between 6 families! The club house remained closed and there was no holiday activity program for the kids . This resort is a cashless resort that makes no sense at all , when you in a camp with little to nothing signal people bring cash to pay ! We had to book in the beginning of the year and pay deposit, the balance was due 60 days before arrival . We were also told you can only book for 7, 14 or 21 days as we wanted 10 days but strange enough people were leaving and coming in not on 7 days intervals . In our opinion the camp only seems to care about its afri camp section. They need new management and staff . Kam'bati River Camp will never see us again along with many other campers that we spoke to #unhappycampers
So vox offered a black Friday special that I applied for but up until now I've been pushed from pillar to post, it's almost as if th3y don't want to honor this deal! They asked to fill out the application (done ) they asked for proof of address (done ) they asked for clear photo of ID (done )... now here's the excuses copy not clear so now it has to be certified. I stood for how long in the que at the police station to get this certified... original sent now they say they need to see the officials name and surname .... I mean really what's next turning water into wine ? And to put a cherry on the cake I already have a email account with them . This is just a way not to honor the special
Hi samsung this is directed to your approved repair agents unitronics in cape town century city . First of all im happy with all my samsung products . Ive got a s7 that delaminated on the front screen and the rear screen has to be replaced all good till i went to untronics ... first of all you wait for ever in a que while the consultants talk amoungst themselves about the weekend etc when you finally get your phone booked in they tell you 3/5 days well 4 months down the line they say there still no spares available... no one phones you or emails you . When you phone them (when someone decides to answer the phone ) they just say no spares and someone will phone me back and let me know . Now if a warranty cant be honoured then the phone should get replaced ? Your urgent response is appreciated Nico
