Called in at wimpy Park station early morning yesterday for Breakfast. Took a seat and placed my order, hell did I see so many cokroaches running all over the show! It made me wonder how the kitchen was like!

Since opening an account with this bank, I have never been able to purchase with their card, no withdraw. The only thing it will except is doing points at pnp, and and except deposits. It's been three years now trying to get help calling non stop but no help. R1500 I have transferred into the account but could not use if still there. I cannot even gain access to their app, since day one. Even whenever I ask for my money bank and close the account, nothing happens but get sent from pillar to post.
Bus 920 from King William's Town to JHB on Sunday night a nightmare. Only stopped at Bloem for refreshing, and upon complaint by a coloured mother who had been on the bus since 12 midday. The only stops they were making were at their stations loading and off loading. And what a detour from Bloem to JHB via Porch! I think we deserve to be told in order to be able to choose. Not to mention the down stairs back seat, aircon and engine sound made it impossible to sleep all night.
Owners father a racist of note! On my 1st visit there this year, he walked right pass me to greet all the whites i was sitting with wishing them a good year ahead, only to come back to me to wish me 20 wives and lots of kids and said they(whites) need more workers. And bare in mind that i visit there every week for the past years
They Iron burnt 2 of my nylon t shirts 3 weeks ago. they only told me of one, all to find that there was another one. a week after, i then show them the second one asking them how they going to sort out the mess. the lady at the counter is always waiting to hear from the so-called manager by the name of Kela at the Cosmo City branch. i then final give this manager a call yesterday running into 4 weeks asking her if they sorting out me t-shirts or not. after numerous messages left for her at the branch, she never calls to try resolve the matter swiftly. She then says they have been waiting for me to bring in a quotation for the t shirts in order to claim with their insurance, which I wasn't aware of. i left a tshirt at the shop, and said to them there it is, replace the 2 t shirts, which they excepted. why should I be doing all the running around as they are the ones that have done me bad! The attitude the manager has, its as if she is dealing with some idiot!
By far the best! They patrol regularly and check if all is in order. Any dodgy things like unlocked gates, they call you straight away. Thanks for keeping us safe all the time ADT security
Went into Vodashop at Northgate Mall to purchase a Samsung s9+, upgrading from S8. When I got there, the sales person that helped me convinced me to buy a Huawei Mate 20 lite instead. I then told him that since S7 had I been using Samsung, and it suits me just fine. Fare enough the guy managed to convince me otherwise telling how better the phone was than the one I was looking for. I then asked if he has a UAG cover for the phone I always purchase one on the day I upgraded in order to protect the phone. He then said he had including shattered proof and shouldn't worry. We then went ahead with the sale, but could only collect the phone the following day being the 7th of Oct 2018. I then went to the store, and was told the system had not yet approved, then told them I had a notification that it had been approved. The guy then said I should give it a while and would call once done checking. I then went into the Mall, only to receive a call after about 30 min that I should quickly come and collect phone as they are closing the store. I then quickly ran there, and even had to crawl underneath their sliding door, got handed the phone inside box and started pack without even been shown how the phone operates, nor turned on. It was all rush rush. I then went back to the store the 8th Oct 2018 to get now the phone turned on, and of course to buy myself a cover which I was told was available before I use the phone. The sales guy wasn't there on the day. I got helped by the technician that transferred stuff from my phone to the new one. He then told me that covers and screen protectors weren't available as the phone was new. I then told him that the guy that sold it to me said it was available . The technician then said in an honest matter that the guy was pushing for a sale and wouldn't have told you as I was getting upset. So kept going to the shop the whole all to find that they still had no stock, and ended up sending me to an Indian store inside the mall, who also didn't have. So the phone ended up even falling withing the same week as I got inside the car and it hit on the seat rail on volume control leading to the buttons not working straight away. This past weekend on Saturday whilst at the EC for a funeral, the phone showed Software Failed and would not activate at all. I then yesterday went to the store. The sales guy phoned the Huawei rep, and disappeared straight away. The Huawei rep has now referred me to Cresta or Northgate to have the phone repaired and said I could not be helped by Huawei as the phone even has a crack, at the same time telling me the cause is the volume buttons that had caused the problem. I now have a stuffed up phone due to lies and cannot even be helped at the same store I bought the phone a week ago. Not eve my first installment has gone through. What vodacom rep has done to me, including Huawei rep, has broken me dearly! What do I now do with a new phone that has a software that's failed?
The worst you can ever imagine of joining. you can be with them for years, you get no help. Their advertising is a dirty lie. Since 2015 they have still not resolved my civil claim. I have been sent to lawyer to Lawyer spending on travelling and taking off working hours. Then my wife now in January, still couldn't get help on her fist claim after paying years. Those that are happy surely must be for simple matters! Ended up cancelling! Useless!
