Poor service TT connect and Vox.
Signed up for TT connect 6 weeks ago via Vox. Still waiting for installation after numerous attempts to contact the company. Very frustrating. Poor service. Quick to get you to sign up, very slow to respond.

useless service
Useless service . Had to call them 8 times in one day only to be told that the driver is on his way. waited from 8 to 4. Call centre agents wasting my time too. Put u thru to the so called managers with no response.

Cannot RICA SIM - poor support
Received a RAIN SIM card from clicks. Paid to activate the card. Have issues trying to RICA sim. Support says, try a friends phone. No telephonic contact to assist. Slow email responses.

Hellopeter solves issues fast
I recently used Hellopeter to posted two complaints against standard bank. Had I not done so , I would still be awaiting a response from the incompetent staff from the Northmead square branch (Benoni) who made promises to me. Thank you Hellopeter! Once again

empty promises from standard bank
Cash jammed in ATM on 18th Sept. Northmead - square branch ( benoni) manager and representative from complaints department at Standard bank promised to escalate the matter. call centre reps promise to get people to call u back. NO response yet. Very very disappointing.

poor service at Bang Olufsen sandton store
I bought a portable speaker from the Bang Olufsen store and i had an issue with the charger. I got excuses from the sandton store that they trying to get me a replacement. 1 year later, i am still waiting. poor service.

Poor service and rude representative from Standard Bank Insurance
Very poor service from a representative dealing with my claim for a water leak. Very abbrasive manner in talking to me. I rather move to another service provider. Very long wait on phone to get through to the insurance rep... 48 min for the times i called. Disappointed!!!!
