30 minutes waiting to get assistance on the call centre line. Bull if I tell you Why is there a contact centre
I am just forced to add a star otherwise they deserve 0. I put in a claim on the 24th November and I am still waiting for a call from them to date the 02 of December. This is honestly the worst company in the history of insurance. No follow ups, no feedback, and I when I call I am sent from one agent to another with no solution. I HATE IT
Andile Chilwa from MTN suspended my number and it cannot be undone unless he unsuspends it, I cannot reach him as there is not direct line. I hate MTN, I am losing sleep and work while I am also dealing with trauma of being ******.
Horrible experience!! I made a call to Nedbank requesting that they make changes to my insurance and asked questions which the consultant advised that I should send documents to a centralised email and I did. Upon sending those details, I got a response saying they cannot assist and that I should call the contact centre or visit my nearest branch. I made the first call to do these changes, no one bothers to follow up. Its just an email response saying they have done this and that and cant do another one. The main point is that I should call the contact centre, this is strange because I did and was advised to send info which now is not acceptable. I will be moving my portfolio to where I am not just a number but a valued client. Nedbank is trash
I had a month to month agreement with Rain, I couldn’t connect to the internet and called them several times for assistance. I then decided to cancel the deal because it wasn’t working for me as a customer. About two months ago, they collected their device from me but they sold my contact information to a debt collector company that keeps on harassing me. I made several calls to Rain to have this sorted and they (Rain) confirmed many times that I do NOT owe them anything but this company Nudebt has my details calling me everyday requesting money from me. What money?
Your customer service is very POOR, I called many times locating my parcel which was supposed to be delivered by RTT. I am still waiting for feedback from Zimasa who said she will call me back a day ago. Why lie about delivery times, 3-5 days is not what we get. If you continue like this, you will close shop very soon.
I returned their car on Monday 17th of January, and a week later when I call to find out about the refund I'm told to contact my bank. The bank says they are waiting for an email from Hertz to release the funds and I call Hertz again. Guess what a lady that said she was going to send the email on Friday denies ever talking to me and says she will send it right away. Today is the 25th, a Tuesday of the following week, no sign of my refund and no answer why it has delayed. I was just told I'm not the only one but I should keep calling. What kind of bad service is this, withholding money that we need to use?
Someone at Pep opened my paxi parcel and stole my items, changed the whole package. No one has called me to solve this problem even today. I'm beyong disgusted
The call centre is very pathetic and slow, been put on hold for minutes until my airtime ran into, I told the agent that I'm running out of airtime because of those long holds and she ignored me and just said she is still looking into my account. I have not received any feedback for my query.
Earlier this week I checked my airtime balance and bought 150MB data, it wasn't loaded to my account and the consultant assisting me said she will lodge a complaint till now I haven't received feedback. My airtime deducted Just before 7:30 today, I checked my airtime balance and before buying data, it was enough to buy but again to my surprise it says I don't have enough airtime when purchasing from the *180# I have made screenshots for all of this, calling the contact centre is a waste of time because they don't give you solutions but assumptions. I switch off my mobile data every night before going to bed so there is no way my airtime could be finished besides there is that free airtime you get when you recharge, its balance is still positive so how come is my airtime not enough. I want to be reimbursed my airtime that was taken from me plus this problem fixed.
