I bought a kitchen unit at fair price Alexandra on the 27 july 2022 and i was told that it will take 24 to 72 hours for a delivery and even today i have not received my delivery and when i call the store they seem not to care the telling me that they not sure when it will be combined from their storage warehouse so they also dont know so they say I should rather come to the store again and do a refund. I called the customer care they also not seem to care about customer service,they since said they will get back to me and i am still waiting .
Horrible service .. when i owed the account, they would call every hour ,so i decided to pay it off after they gave me the settlement amount. I payed on the 02 feb 2021 and i sent my proof of payment and now i want my payed up letter they sending me pillar to pillar . I was told to call nimble group and they telling me to call jet and they never answer their emails . Where did my money go ??! When I passed by one their stores yesterday to my surprise my account is still in arrears. *** ?? Can i have my payed up letter.
Since we bought a house from value Max ,nothing was ever right , 1st the houses developed cracks within a year and some were worse to a point were they to demolish and rebuild them , you would be lucky if your query is considered . Every time it rains there would **** coming out the gully trap drain just next to my kitchen door and when we complain they send pillar to post ,were else this is becoming a health hazard for my family ,since we complained again about the two main holes in our yard were we asked one 2 to be moved ,its been 3 years since we’ve been waiting for their response . Its been impossible to get hold of the area counselor .
The service at kaalfontein corner bakery is very poor i pass by almost every morning around 8:00 for breakfast but nothing is ever ready almost every day and seems like nobody cares when u ask . Horrible service
I am a capitec user for as long as i can remember but recently i exprienced an unexplainable situation where my card had a physical transaction on the 31st Dec 2019 at KZN while i was in Midrand. I went to the bank and there was clear explaination but they concluded i apply for a new card and that the money will be reversed at R60 charge prior to the investigation and even today they said its still under investigation and on the 15th Jan 2020 there was a transaction of R200 physical transaction which made my acc overdrawn and when i went to the branch i was told its an error it happens and its corrected aparently . So now our money safe with capitec how can these transaction take place were else my card is with me ? Im not happy .
They say something and another the next day .now they denying sending the email.. wow ..bad customer service. And they dont even care ,iv been put on hold for almost an hour .
Rude employee by the name of Norah Makgoale I went to the store buying gift vouchers so the cashier did not have so she called in her supervisor to bring some for her but because of the long que she sent me to pay at the kiosk so i went , the minute i steped at the kiosk greeted the lady but got no reply ok tried to explain on why i was sent to pay there and she didnt acknowledge instead caled another customer and so i asked if ahe heard what i just said and her reply " ya u said u waiting for gift vouchers ryt ? So" ,she was sooo rude . After ringing the vouchers she threw 11 invoices on top of the sweets infront of me so i had 2 gather them and staple them while i was doing that she called in another customer and i wasnt even done buying what i had on me.. The lady was soo rude.. i wasnt feeling well so didnt have the energy to argue with her so i left. When i got 2 work some of the receipts were not there and 1 wasnt visible. M not happy at all

I have an account with Tfg so im a regullar customer so i once bought a jumpsuit for an amount of R240.00 and when i got home the zip had a fault so i kept it and due to being out of the country regularly i failed to exchange it on time . Today i went 2 exchange it for something else couse i did not have a receipt but they told me can only take something for R120 couse now its on special thats half the amount i bought with. At 1st they sold me an item wit a zip that does not work and now they cant even tell when it was placed on special hense i told them when i bought it ,they gave me no other option "there is nothimg else we can do for u " thats how they concluded . What am i suppose to with it ? I have pop out money again to fix the zip. ? ?????
