Nestle Lactogen baby formula,I thought the milk it was only the packaging that has been changed but it seems as if something is also not right with the milk My baby is on Number 3 Lactogen and since the new packaging I’ve noticed the constipation getting worse everyday and I’ve now taken her to the doctor,the doctor has also said he has had so many babies coming in that are on Lactogen suffering from constipation.. He has since changed my little one to Alula gold and my baby is back to normal and passing stools without struggling.. Lactogen look into this you will kill our little ones
Liberty wants to send my mum to the grave by causing her depression and I will not allow it !!! My mum has been paying liberty policy since year 2000 then mid year of 2025 they sent her an email saying they see they have been receiving payments from her but cannot locate them as to what they for.. After a whole 25years of paying for them to come back and say they don’t know what the money has been for ??How is that ?? My mum has then since said for 25 years I’ve been under pretence that she is covered had she died or any of her kids or grandchildren that she has covered she would have been under a shock of her life .. She then asked that they cancel everything and just refund her so she can go to trustworthy companies,it’s been 6 months of giving my mum a run around ,asking for documents that she has made sure that y’all receive everything ,last we thought everything is falling into place when yall asked for her bank acoount ,tax clearance and 3 months bank statements of which she submitted.. Now when money is not expected to be refunded you asking for proof from day she started paying?? We talking of a woman that is now a pensioner who had retired ,yet has made sure she paid her policies for 25full years every month without fail until you broke the news that yall don’t know why is she paying .. Where is she supposed to get a paper trail from the different bank she has used till date ??? I’m so disgusted by the treatment that Liberty has given my mother after her being faithful to them for 25 full years & just want to win over her hard earned money that came with sacrifices just to make sure that herself with her kids who are now old and married,that she extended to cover the grandchildren.. My mother is sick ever since she has been dealing this issue that the doctors are even picking up BP because of the stress when she thinks of these years.. I need people to be aware of the **** Liberty is ,they may have done it with others but I’m not gonna let this go ,I will fight Liberty until they do my mum right because this is not on at all!!!
It’s 2weeks later after laying a complain about my mums defy fridge that she bought 2022 and it’s a total nightmare the 1st time it broke it was discovered that the fridge was sold to my mum without a fan as to why did they even attempt to fix when they had already sold her ****ty product but I guess because she is old yall thought you can take advantage of ,it’s been coming in fo fixing 4 times already ,meaning my mum has been inconvienced this many times and no one’s cares … I reported the broken fridge 2weeks ago after I had bought my mum a months worth of groceries that it’s not working again I told Defy I didn’t want the fridge to be fixed anymore but they must rather come collect it and reimburse her what’s due to her!! Food and meat has gone off Defy , an elderly woman’s BP has gone high To what extent should this go to for you to take us seriously ??? I will never ever purchase and I’ll make sure that people are made aware of you BS service & **** products!!!
I curse the day my mum set foot at Makro and bought that Defy fridge it’s been nothing but problems since ,this is now the 4th time this fridge just stops working,the last fix was now in January which left my mum without a fridge for 5weeks ,it’s been back after fighting for it to be back worked 3weeks and it stopped working again!!!! Can defy come collect their nonsense fridge and refund my mum so she can go for a different brand that works well and won’t give her headaches in her old age .. This is enough you are causing an old woman unnecessary stress ,in this heat when grocery was just bought now the fridge just went hot.. You guys must pay for all meat that is going Off . Please come take your fridge and pay her back her money we don’t want it fixed again!!!
My mother bought a Defy double Door 2years ago from Makro cash.. The fridge has been repaired twice ,this is the 3rd time where it just stoped getting cold,their technician came through to check then told my mum it’s the fam that has been a problem and it was sold to her that way then they came in to take It.. It’s been 3 ****** weeks and it’s not back no one has communicated with mum ,she called them a week later they said they waiting for a part up till date nothing has been said ,I’ve just called on her behalf aswell and still same story the part is not yet received.. How is my mum expected to survive this long ,food is getting spoiled in this heat she has to ask neighbors to assist her ,worse y’all are not even showing any care or remorse towards her situation by your quietness , I’m now the one that has to make the calls coz we talking about a pensioner who is now even struggling to call you guys for updates since you don’t bother to .. I need that fridge back working as in yesterday,you guys are taking people for a ride!!!! An elderly person must now have sleepless nights and be stressed because of you guys and your useless product!
Never again will I ever take up a contract with MTN,they are a **** and will lure you for money till you dry and high.. I paid my last amount that was due to them now in December and called them to tell them to terminate /cancel the contract and I’m being told that it will be done from end of January after I’ve paid them another full amount 😡😡😡😡like where the hell have you ever heard that from ,my contract with them was till December ,I’ve done my dues on my side now when I want to get of the contract they are giving me problems… They quick to call and offer you more contracts just so you stay indebted to you guys.. I want MTN to show me where in my contract where there’s such a clause,I’m taking this up with the ombudsman & NCR ..As it is I have been paying with no hassle’s yet not even using the SIM card to be taken for another month I refuse and worse your employer threaten about ITC To hell I will see u in court this I’m not taking it lightly,I’ve been a loyal client all I needed was to be freed from this and continue with my life but noo you had to do this!!!
Toughees you are horrible ,you don’t care about your clients and you don’t deserve to be operating.. I placed an order with Toughees on the 5th of January &only received the shoes on the 16th of January,my son fitted the shoes and they were small,I then requested an exchange,the shoes were taken on the 19th till this day no communication .ny son still has no shoes!!!
I’m so disgusted by Makro’s don’t care attitude.. On the 8th of January 2024 ,i placed an order for some lunchbox essentials which included two of their 2liter Oros. My order was delivered on the 9th of January which was the following day.. On Wednesday 18th of January 2024 they made lunch and I noticed the color of the juice was yellow instead of the orange flavor I bought,I then asked the kids which flavor was the Oros they told me it’s orange which I then questioned the color because I know how it’s supposed to look like ,my son then responded saying it’s been that way ,ever since they opened it ,I then panicked and asked them to check the expiring date only to find the juice was delivered on the day it had expired. We have been consuming this juice for a week ,I’m 5 months pregnant,my kids and husband have been consuming this juice and it’s unfortunate that I picked up the color later The risk that my family has been exposed to ,with my high risk pregnancy knowing I consumed something that’s expired is freaking me out .. I called Makro emmediately to notify them of this which was the the 18th of January,the lady I spoke to in their call center promised me that i would be contacted urgently to arrange for a pick of their faulty Oros and nothing has happened yet I was told my matter has been marked urgent with all the risk my family and I have been exposed to .. No one has contacted me to tell me ,I’m fazed about the don’t care attitude,you have put my family and unborn baby in risk,the juice that was supposed to also be for lunchbox we can’t continue with ,I’m now inconvience financially and otherwise coz I have to make other means to ensure that my kids still have juice for school.. Have booked ourselves to see a doctor to be checked especially me in my conditions,I pray that there is no damage found😞😞but as for you Makro I’m not backing down on this!!! You can’t put us through such and continue as normal ,we talking about peoples life’s that you put at such risk!!!
Identity doesn’t care about their customers at all!! I have been paying every month without fail my account,this year January I lost my job but still continued to pay but as months went on I obviously started feeling the pinch because there’s no more income for me .. April i called Identity to notify them of my financial situation and requested that they please reduce my installment ,assuring them I don’t intend to default on my account i just need to make an arrangement to pay a lower amount.. They have refused irregardless of my clean record with them that I was still trying to maintain and now being harassed daily by their calls for me to pay the outstanding amount that I’ve repeatedly explained i can’t coz I’m now unemployed and yet I’m still paying it’s not as if there’s non payment.. This has really shown me how Identity just never cares for their clients and show no interest in assisting in times of need .. Most clients just default on their accounts,i did a noble thing and contacted you but still getting stinking treatment !!! I plan to pay till i close it up and to never ever shop there again!
