I have spoken to different consultants regarding my FNB claim. ANTONAY AND NOZI Nozi advised no TLs on the floor they all in a meeting. I again called and spoke to NOZI AND STILL NO TL. Would like to write a formal complaint against 2 consultants. Busi and Amanda I called and spoke to Amanda she advised that she will call me back to complete the application within a few minutes. No call back at all Then I called back and spoke to Busisi she gave me incorrect information and she handled my call very unprofessional. I'd like to raise a serious issue experienced with Budget insurance. I'd insured my mobile handset to the value of R18000. Six Months later my phone was unfortunately stolen - I then proceeded to raise a claim with Budget . To my dismay the consultant that the claim had been approved for R12000 which was R6000 less than I had insured the phone for. I've spent several weeks of back and forth with absolutely no resolution . I've spoken with managers, associates which referred me to the dispute department. With the whole back and forth- below are the amounts that they are willing to pay out which is absolutely disgusting. R 11899.00 Replacement value of phone less R 1450.00 Excess R 10449.00 Subtotal As it stands, I've provided a quote to Budget retrieved from Vodacom for a Samsung S8 to the value of R17000. Therefore if budget payed out the amount stipulated above how would I manage to purchase a new handset? I had insurance with Budget and was paying R100 and I bought a new phone and had to insure the phone to the value and my premiums have increased and now they want to pay me the difference in premiums which equates to R539.59. I am highly dissatisfied with the service that I've been given. Nothing but lies , with my initial conversation I was told that I would not have to cover any form of excess and now have been told that is only applicable if I take the cash settlement value. Clarressa Borman disputes department took a whole month to come back to me with feedback and still I am not happy with this- THIS IS UNRESOLVED. I've now gone back to budget
