Your guys system is flawed for the pre-sales of the Betway T20. I purchased what I thought was 6 tickets for 2 different matches only to see that all the games I attempted to book and booked were all for the same match at Boland park. I cant even purchase more tickets now because I got told to email exchange department. You guys knew this was going to happen so why not be one up for everything. No manager, even with a video of the issue no escalation????

Pathetic Service
I have my fibre through Afrihost, no issues whatsoever since September, even got upgraded for free in December. This month I was charged and additional R120 and got told that Openserve increased their prices. I've been told for three past 2-3 days now by an Afrihost agent that communication was sent in January however, I've advised you guys that I have never received any communication in almost all my emails to you guys since!! My takeaway is that nobody has been reading my emails thoroughly and even after I requested a call back by someone in a senior position the agent went onto say that I need to check my emails for January, even after I advised I NEVER received this communication. No resending of the email, no telling me which email address it was sent from, nothing! Not even a specific date to say when this was sent, if it even was sent. This needs sorting out ASAP because even though I require internet and everything is great, the service received is pathetic to say the least. Even the WhatsApp correspondence from the agent was outright *** with them just sending me a screenshot to say its increased. It would be decent to have known and prepare for an increase instead of being surprised knowing I NEVER received any communication.

Just Amazing!!
Thank you so much to Angie and the family at Concorde Cars for making the journey of purchasing my vehicle a smooth and pleasant one! No hidden agendas, no crazy sales shenanigans, straight up and to the point. They even helped me trade in my vehicle to be used as a deposit within the process. Lol, I mean I know this will go nowhere, but F you Medshield!!! Email sent on the 8th of February 24 just to prove how long you MF's take to reply. Got a response at 5:30 AM on a Sunday morning and everything is copied and pasted lol What a *** way of engaging with your clients, they basically sending me on a wwild goose chase instead of answering my question.

Ackermans will call me every single F**** day even though I tell them I dont want an account with them. These people are ruthless to say the least, I already know its them with that 021 493 number!!!!! If you tell them stop calling, dont call, not interested, they still call back through next day......

The City that takes and then takes some more
Spent 30 minutes on a call, person told me they were going to get more info from their senior, she told me she way getting up assuming they needed to go look for their senior, never cane back. Call muted, call line dropped. Apparently there has been no electricity update since 12 noon. Must be nice working for the City, can I get a job there too please?? I can also do ***ol and expect to get paid. Please consider this an application.

Poor communication
You guys need to update YOUR public about start times at the Civic instead of having YOUR public travel from far and wide to make use of your services, only to be told they start at 8AM. Website says 7AM, but conveniently only signs and people who work here know its 8AM. I thought we supposed to be the best Province??? Doubt it....
