Bought a milky bar jelly tot slab .not 1 jelly tot in the slab my son was totally upset so I decided to email tiger brands customer care .they didn't get back to me so I emailed again then they said I shud whatsapp pictures to 063 691 7508 which I did and a week later still being ignored .they have no regard to customers and customer service and care nothing for after sales just *******
Bad experience with these attorneys when they were appointed by me to handle the transfer of my property guys beware. They bill you un necessary and don't return calls. Considering taking them up to the law society because this robbery shouldn't go un noticed
Worst customer service ever received from wakefields agent anees bux. Wakefields use meumen and white attorneys that charge you un necessary fees. Then they add vat to their commission so that they get 12k or more extra. Furthermore they asked that I give the new owners the keys without even getting paid. Money only came through 3days later. I now have to take the matter to the law society to recover the funds that I was robbed for by the transfer attorney reffered to us by the wakefields agent. Now that they have their commission they refuse to give me the documents I require and are ignorant. With 30 years experience in the field these people just want their commission and care nothing for customer service. Don't be fooled guys think twice before considering wakefields when selling your property
Don't get caught with this policy guys they look for every reason not to pay. My seat stitches were below 7.5 cm but this bright guy sipho working Der added the sun reflection and says it's 17cm. Even after Mccarthy auto told them it's not even 6cm. Management don't know what they doing and they act blind. Don't take up this scratch n dent cover. I'm switching to unlimited once I get the outcome from the ombudsman
I recently received a pair of earrings as a gift and it was too big. The person that bought it gave me the receipt and everything. The earrings are still sales in the packaging but sterns cannot exchange it I don't understand why. The staff at Chatsworth Centre branch are so rude. The counter assistant tore the box and said I tore it and then she went and bluffed the manager something.The manager himself has no customer skills and is more rude than the staff. They don't care about customer service but maybe try moving them to gateway branch and see how polite they become
Well a new McDonalds has opened up at the chatsworth centre once again.on the second day of business there were no buns so customers were sent away.On Friday 8/11/2019 I went there with the entire family ,tried to place my order but the lady could not understand me because I asked for corn with my meal and she said cone,eventually explained her what corn is and again for a store that just opened they were out of stock.the cashiers was absolutely rude and there were many other customers not having joy with her .she jus said eish chatsworth as if she and Indians dont get along.our meals took forever to come and so many customers were there complaining about raw food and incorrect orders.we waited over and hour 45mins for our food which was the worst McDonalds even.the manager that I spoke to was SFISO and he told me that the cashier name is NKOLEKO .the both did not seem very customer friendly or interested about our complaints and dealing with customer service and satisfaction.for a newly opened store the service and staff have a dont care attitude which needs to be resolved or else McDonalds wont last there very long and will lose many customers to rival fast food outlets in the centre.please advise urgently regarding this matter because I dont think we should be treated differently just because this is a chatsworth McDonalds and not umhlanga or some elite area.the meals were not even up to standard.if this continues or nothing is done I will be taking this matter up to social media or even!!!
After responding that they will be contacting me within a week regarding my previous complaint and with a new special that is launched.still no contact .just more and more lies.and I have been reading the comments from other twisp users as well seems like a lot of people have been deceived with an apology but nothing done.just empty promises.for the record my twisp cue is also a rubbish product and the pods leak.they last me a day or two so it's more expensive that a pack of cigarettes
Twisp claims to be the leading vape dealer but now I understand why they are losing many customers to the smok and other vape products.they advertise specials and when you go to store to purchase then there is no stock in any of the stores,and they never call you back when there is stock and before you know it they special is over so they try to trick you into buying a more expensive product.i am referring specifically to the s mod battery with the nimbus tank that was on special that was never in stock and I doubt any customer managed to get this special for R1000 but were tricked into buying more expensive stuff.truely false advertising.very deceiving .
