i was Assaulted today by the MTN Manager in La Lucia Mall
They is an Indian lady by the Phoenix Plaza branch MTN , she always has an attitude and don't have patience , she undermines customers every time when she is assisting me she has a very disgusting attitude as today she was raising her voice as i am a client
i was ****med by Budget insurance last week i took an insurance with them , i was told they will do the first debit of R1300 when the debit went off i was debited twin R1300+R1300= 2600 in total now im asking for the refund for the other R1300 they making me run around from last week im very angry as the money the double taken was my petrol now im very angry and want to cancel already

Hi there , I’m very disappointed with the service at Rage Phoenix Plaza I went to the store and the lady that was working on the till point on Wednesday 26-04-2023 during the day was busy on a video call with someone while serving customers, she did not care if we were there she was having a conversation on a video call not giving attention to customers as a customer I felt very not important in the store as the main thing for her was the video call she was laughing talking to someone while also serving us I couldn’t even ask questions because she was very busy , some customers walked away because of her behavior. Can the staff be trained regarding the importance of a customer service. Thank you
Hi there, I want to report Lewis store kwamashu they sold me a fridge with R2000 cash back but after signing documents they told me the fridge does not have cash back after they false advertised something to me , I was mislead very bad service can this be escalated to the right people. Thank you
