Spoke to Gordon Mtakati, such an amazing soul. Very friendly and very professional too, you can tell even if he speaks, he’s professional and extremely knowledgeable about what he’s talking about. Look, it’s nice to talk to someone who brings you a smile and also smile too. Keep it up Gordon✌️
I still ask myself why am I choosing webuycars yet they don’t choose me. Like I mean I thought they so easy to work with but when it comes to customer service and their consultant, their seniors are the worst. Waited for over 40 minutes just to speak to one of the seniors regarding reference number 93386. I can see that this will probably end 5 months later and no one will ever bother to call you and give you updates. Bought a car and within a month it had major issues, returned it and payed for the usage that I was told that in order for finance to be cancelled I must pay it first then they’ll start the process. Payed the money on the 12 of June but only to find that the request for towing the broken car at one of their partners to the branch was made few days ago. I asked Tsholo that can I rather speak a senior because this matter isn’t taken seriously, the bank will be debiting me for the car that I last drove over 3 weeks ago, they not available, like seriously, it’s just a norm or I’m being taken for granted?!
I just made a call few minutes ago and spoke to Grace Ngwenya regarding a follow up on ref:93386. What a rude human being, I wish my case was handled by Mpho Muravha, the person who listens to you and not block each and every single word you trying to say. If really call are recorded I believe the management should listen to it. There’s nothing painful like trying to explain something and then someone keeps on blocking you by saying one and the same thing for almost 10 times, even if you’re asking something totally different you get blocked by that person saying the same thing without you even finishing the sentence, that’s what Grace Ngwenya did to me. Continue to speak like that to clients probably that’s where you’re good at and surely it’s working for you and webuycars too. I’ve bought 4 cars at webuycars, even my father bought himself one there too, I referred my colleagues and they bought cars there as well, it was a great service and experience too, sadly my very last one gave me issues within a month hence I ended up speaking to this is rude human! As much as nothing will be done about this review but some people do need to know what to expect when they calling regarding concerns.
My first experience with Vodacom wasn’t bad at all up until I told my mother about their great Black Friday deals. Got my wife a nice iPhone 15pro online and told my mother about a Samrt TV + Router deal then all the joy and trust for Vodacom went down to the drain. She took a a deal for TV and router. Router was delivered first then TV followed on the 25th on November after sorting out her TV license. She told that router won’t be activated before the TV arrives. Okay cool, we took it as it is. Till today, the router is still giving us red status meaning it’s not activated. She’s been call Vodacom for the past 7 days but all she’s getting is that things has been escalated, nothing new anyone is will tell her anyway! She cancelled her month to month data deal with MTN because Vodacom seemed to be the best, well, not for my mother though! Now this simply means we have no internet connection at all because some ladies form Vodacom keeps on singing the same song that no one could ever dance for it. I overheard her speaking to Lungelwa regarding incident “Inc0i004610517” that was logged first day she was in contact with Vodacom, till today this incident number is being escalated. She’s been speaking to numerous people but no help. I spoke with Lungelwa wanting to understand something and she was like “I will call you on Monday” obviously calling my mother but no call came through. This is what made everything worse today. Today (Monday) she spoke with Keitumetsi, and this lady rudely asked my mother if she wants to return the TV and the router. Like how could you say such to a customer that brings business to you! This is where I was like “Vodacom ****med her here” The sad thing is, my mother told her colleague about this deal and her colleague got everything first yet my mother ordered first. Fine, maybe it’s because of the area she’s living at but the router was connected because she even got her TV yet my mother was told that her router will wait for TV first. Was this some sort of ************** against her or what? The same Keitumetse was kindly asked to transfer my mother to her senior and she was kept on hold for more than 30 min, then she came back after that good 30 minutes saying her senior is busy with a customer. Clearly a proper customer. While my mother was talking to where that’s where keitumetse asked my mother if she wanna return it. This is definitely unacceptable, I’m very disappointed. Honestly I expected more than this to Vodacom. You can’t cancel something that was working for you for a better one but you ended up realising that you’ve made a mistake. I’ll never ever refer anyone on this, I just pray that I settle this deal I got for my wife and leave this network, my family is very important, if one is upset I get frustrated!
Kelebogile was so helpful, calm and very nice. She helped me and gave me some good advises and what to look out for
I’m very disappointed from who ever the guy who at the reception with such attitude and horrible service I just got from him, waited for more than an hour just for a “it’s just a puncher” as he said. We’ve always been choosing Supa quick Matatiele as they always super quick on what they do, obviously it was a different person who was helping us back then, not this time. As I’m walking throughout the door I’m talking to my brother as he’s been observing what’s going on, we both saying we cannot wait for more than an hour just for a puncher, the guy from supa quick was talking **** behind my back and I walked back to him to here what he was saying and he keeps on changing the stories and left him like that. If they short staffed and one of the staff said, he should have told me to go somewhere else “if I’m in a hurry” not talking behind my back as if I’ve stole his business!
They’ve did it again! Basically Telkom consultants are good on promising people lies and sad thing is we easily believe those lies due to being desperate. Spoke to Thempeli Simelane who made sure that I buy his story. Obviously when I call I tell the same story to each one of them and he was also one of them. He said to me my number will definitely be back the following day because I’ve phoned after 5pm, the person who does that have left, and I asked that basically he’s the only person who knows that person, and he’s answer was “post probably” meaning amongst all millions Telkom consultants he’s the only one who can help people like me. Fine, I bought his story. The following day I sent him an email as he asked that if my number isn’t back I must inform him of which I did and here’s the interesting part. He said he’ll call me at 4pm regarding updates and coz he’s still waiting for them to finish up the porting and they escalated it around 10am. The day went, no call. Mid day on the second day I sent him an email, he never bothered to reply, today it’s a 4th day still nothing, no call! Funny enough I told him that this will happen, but no, because he’s one of the guys who know how to use his tongue he stood on his head and gave me his word. Honestly I see now that this will never happen, I feel so sad that I’m having their very recent contract and I wish I had the money they want for device and forget about this network. I have to star al over again, I mean that number was my life, all my CVs has it, all my people have that number, the ones without smart phones will never be able to reach me anymore. I’m so hurt, like I never thought a company and it’s staff would do me like this, clearly all that they care about is money, not their lousy clients!!!! I’ll never write my wish for all consultants who made me a fool and the entire company, but my tires will drop on the ground and be visible!!! Good luck telkom
I'm so disappointed at Telkom, these people are basically proud of putting my life on stand still! I've ported to this network years ago from MTN and had a contract with them that came to an end last month, now here is the interesting part. They offered me a month to month data of which I declined it be to don't need it, only to find that they'll continue with it yet I declined it, saw it on the invoice and I phoned the call centre for cancelation, spoke to Paul Makgodile/Mokgodile based on ref no. 70410041. I told this guy to cancel the damn thing coz I told the sales lady I don't want it, the idiot cancelled even my number without my concern, yes I said to him cancel it immediately before they take my change month end for something I declined. I'm talking about something that happened last week Monday. My number is on eSim, it's been saying no service even now and when you call the number it says it doesn't exist, EVEN NOW! I've been begging Telkom till this day but no, they not helping instead they telling me the same thing that it'll be back within a day, since Monday. One guy who was very useful though he couldn't win to help me but he was at least trying is Phumlani from canceling department, he made sure that he gives me updates yet these other two ladies promised me lie, lies that I believed that they'll definitely give me updates. Poor Phumlani phoned me and was so patient with me as I was driving, my line was bad, he told me that there's an error as a result they advised him to tell me to go to Telkom store they'll help me. I went to East London at Vincent center, a lady by Liz tried to help, took my work number to give me updates, got her message saying "it should be active later today" still though, my number doesn't exist. I went to another Telkom at Westgate mall, Ntokozo showed me that their data base says my number is back to MTN, went to MTN same time and they said their system says No record, I saw both screens. I went back to Telkom and I phoned call centre again, spoke to Eunice Dumazile Jobe, who told me that she's sending and email to Sipho Ntuli, apparently who's dealing with such, and I came to my surprise that funny enough I've been calling Telkom daily but my case doesn't exist in their system, meaning everyday I can I have to start from what happened on Monday when this Paul cancelled my number! Till now I'm unreachable, only people with WhatsApp can get to me, what about my job applications, what about urgent calls I must answer? Sweet nothing, basically it's more like I'm dead, sadly for a number that is ported. This Paul guy never even asked me if I'd like to keep my number as prepaid or what just like when I was explaining to these 8 consultant I've spoken to were so surprised that how can one do so! Telkom I want my number back! I want it, should this not happen I'm definitely coming for you, I a very harsh and horrible way!!!
I really hate doing this but I've learned that this is the only way to deal with this company, in fact I was supposed to write this from the first day. Unfortunately my previous Review was removed but it's the same issue even now, exactly the same. One thing I really don't like about ikhokha is that they promise lies, they very good when it comes to that and honestly I don't see a need, it's a company, being honest won't shut down the company. Yes my cousin made a mistake about entering wrong reference and I reported it to support they responded very fast but nothing afterwards and apparently the problem is on finance department, fine maybe they just don wanna help me but I've made two calls just to get a feedback, then lies came in AS ALWAYS. Honestly if it means I should leave ikhokha then I should do so, sell or destroy the machine, it's starting to be useless anyway, their competitors are better as my grand dad is using one. Will never do this again, I've learned so much now, will never bother this company anymore!
This is my second and a very last review about this company, will not bother it anymore, I'm giving up! Few minutes after writing a review yesterday they phoned me and I was promised that in the morning (today) I'll be contacted regarding the issue I have, and guess what, nothing till now. They very good when it comes to apologizing and giving customers empty promises. Well, I'm no longer waiting for their call from now on, I'm washing my hands and agreeing that I've been robbed. Yes, I've been robbed a change because for such company, I'm basically crying for a change, few coins if I may say. Three messages: 1. To people like me (who uses ikhokha machine) please make sure that you don't do any mistake with money to ikhokha account otherwise that money will get I'm a deep hole, I mean an ocean, you'll never ever get it. So just do yourself a favor. 2. To people who wanna own ikhokha machines, think twice, make your research first, once satisfied then take a good decision. 3. Last, to ikhokha! Please take that change and give it to a lady by Khanyi who was apparently assigned to deal with my issue coz I was promised that she'll call me since first day, so just top up her stipend, commission or salary. Oh, and again, make sure that finance department get some few coins as well, they did a very good job by robbing me. I hope and believe that a I won't get any reply or call regarding this coz it'll be absolutely pointless, so save your airtime bill and data, just forget about me. All the best for the next folks you'll be scamming!!!
