Terrible customer service. Not refunding a cancelled order that was not delivered.
Online delivery order number 082003497. Very bad service and customer care experience. The driver did not follow delivery instructions. Also, I was charged for items which was indicated as in stock when transacting and later in notified it was out of stock with no communication when I will receive the refund. They are not responding to my emails and have to pay for a customer query call if I want to get answers to the above.
We had the 5 course tasting menu special and it was excellent

Restonic is not honoring our matrass warranty months after we reported the problem and after many unkept promises and deadlines to replace it. They are also not providing reasonable timeous feedback when we follow up and keep ignoring our messages.

They changed our order without our consent. No functionality to amend or cancel the order after this was done. They then cancelled our order from their side after 17:00 without reason. Very bad functionality and service.
