HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICES I was ready for my delivery and the call center informed me that the driver is on the way and I should wait. I waited for over 2 hours and the driver did not show. The next day the call center informed me that the driver returned the package because they couldn't complete there deliveries for the day. The call center also says that my package has not been rescheduled for deliver and I still haven't received it. The call center is useless and can't give me any information to help in anyway. They just keep saying they can't do anything. Absolutely useless.

This ISP is very unstable. Every month I need to log a technical support ticket (via Whatsapp or calling in). They are also very slow to respond and often the Whatsapp business account replies with "Sorry you’ve reached our team outside of support hours. Our team will be back at 8am." This is 12 hours after I made a request. This is unacceptable!
A lot of companies can learn from the customer service offered by Outsurance. I have always had awesome service from Outsurance and my engagement with BONGEKA STUURMAN today was no different. The service this individual offered me was amazing and I could tell that this individual really wanted to assist me. Thanks for the great service Outsurance!
My wife and I had the worst experience at WeBuyCars in Springfield Park, Durban. The staff were quite unhelpful and many of the staff members were on their phones while answering the questions I had. I ended up trading my car in at Hyundai and received great service from them.
Over the past weekend I visited the Game in Mall of Africa. I was interested in buying a desk and looked for a sales rep to assist me in checking if there is stock and obtaining the table for me. After waiting 20-30 mins for someone, I approached a consultant who told me that the person who can help me is busy. At this point there were 3 consultants standing and talking together so I asked if one of them could help . . .which is where this interaction went wrong. The consultant told me that the person is busy and that I should have some patience. I told him that I've been patient and was just looking for some assistance, to which he replied: "There are other customers waiting too". I explained that that is a staffing issue and cannot be my responsibility and I walked away. As I was walking away, he turned to another consultant and said that I have a bad attitude. I returned to him and explained that I am the customer in this interaction and that he should be better. We went to another store to purchase the table (and the rest of the items we were looking for).
Another consumers invoice statement was sent to me - showing their vodacom account number, personal details. I find this to be unprofessional and a breach of security.
I have called in multiple times to receive feedback on the fraudulent activity on my account. Each time time I ask to speak to a manager, I am promised a call back and it never happens. It has been two weeks since an online purchase was approved by Vodacom without confirming my details and Vodacom does not want to provide me with feedback. Pathetic customer service. I regret doing business with them.
Vodacom approved an online order that was done on my profile without my consent. It got as far as the delivery company emailing me telling me that the phone was being delivered and that's when I found out. I had to call and get the delivery stopped and called Vodacom to query how the order was confirmed but they are still not giving me the confirmation call or any details of how the order was confirmed without my details. The order was being delivered to Durban when I stay in Cape Town, this should have been an immediate red flag!!!
The teller at the Velvet Cake Co in Canal Walk is very unfriendly. I walked into the store and greeted quite loudly (due to wearing a mask) and the teller looked at me and did not respond. She was busy listening to a voicenote on her phone. After ringing up my purchases there was no greeting, she gave us our slip and went back to what she was doing. However, the cake from this store is always of great quality!
