I would like to promptly thank the lady called Tskia the manager at Lewis west street Durban who handled my complaint politely and assisted me patiently I was not happy but after everything and the way she handled the situation I got calm so I can safely say I'm happy also got a gift the inconvenience

Lewis store is misleading customer
I ordered kitchen Scheme including Sink unit from the salesman at Lewis Store in West street Durban and I was told its available when I was enquiring, when I get to the store I was told its no longer available was offered to buy another one and they said it comes with the sink unit and the corner and as per the adverti*****t the Kitchen Scheme has a sink unit after I have completed everything now it's time for delivery they are telling me that the Kitchen scheme doesn't have Sink unit I have to wait for the whole week and they are not sure axcatly how long will it take they giving me an estimation I'm really not happy because I told them initially when I first enquired about the kitchen scheme that I want it to include the sink unit because the one I have already at home is dameged and there water spilling all over the house they Mislead me at Lewis into buying something they don't even have in the store and they have the advert on socials confirming that they include the sink unit which is a false advert I need this sink unit and they can't provide for some reason they are busy telling me they will deliver something that I did not order

makro misleading ad
I am not happy with makro they put a special of mobcel phones online on the 25 of may 2024 stating that the phones are less bought 4 phones yesterday with a huge a excitement today I get an sms that there was an error on their system which is not my fault as a customer I need those phones that's very inconvinient for me and my family I need this looked into please because this was totally a mislead for us as. KFC POOR SERVICE IN BRIDGE CITY

I bought 4 Dunked wings & 10 Zinger wings at KFC Bridge City they were so hard I didn't enjoy it I'm really not happy I love KFC but the service I got today was below I waisted R120 for bitter hard Wings

Not happy with service
Hi I'm not happy with what Vodacom did to me I upgrade my phone last year November and I had a discount of 20gb on my previous handset which I asked if the 20gb will not fall of if I upgrade was told no and I received my new phone was happy with my new handset also received my 20 gb discount as well in November and also December but since last month I haven't been receiving no one send any communication regarding this now I'm only getting the small Dada which for the new handset and its less then 2 gb I'm now struggling because I was using this 20gb for my business pls assist

Poor service
I have a loan with Finchoice mobimoney account was paid up to date and what they did was not update my account I have been calling them through out to update the status as it will affect my credit score but they'll keep saying I must wait my biggest concern is my credit score on how it appears to other credit providers on top of that it is stating I'm due to pay more then the balance of the account I haven't been assisted no changes on the Finchoice app please assist

Bad customer service and professionalism
I was given bad customer service as I bought a box of fish 15kg hake but was given the wrong order even asked if this is the correct order as I had experienced the same issue with the store I had send back the order and I paid r200 for transport asked for compensation and I was told its my fault I had a bad expirience
