I terminated my contract on the 20/11/2023 I was told that I need a 30 day calendar notice . I was told that they will debit me for November and December and that will be the last premium and a consultant was gonna call me to confirm termination NOTHING HAPPENED! No one contacted me . 2024 comes I went to their Brooklyn branch , those useless consultants could not even assist me . They told me that the contract will be cancelled and I will never be billed again! SHOCK of my life today I got an email that R620 will be debited from my account ! MTN I don’t want to go to the ambunsman ! Don’t you dear take my money and cancel this contract! I do not need your poor services anymore! The home WIFi number is 063 8222441 . i always thought national treasuary was a better government department but clearly the service is the same as the other departments. they gave me this incidents 1105177 i have since sent a query to diassociate a primary user since 2021 they always send me emails that they wat this and that and i send to them now i waited for 3 weeks to get feedback only for them to tell me that they need a letter head which was incuded.. i need someone to call me back ASAP to explain what is it that you need because your call centre is clueless and unprofessional 0710777924

RYAN BROWN is the most unprofessional claims advisor. He cannot respond to a simple email. I sent him In December and again In January I know he was out of office till 5/1/22 . Even on the app Thers no response. Terrible service form Ryan Brown advisors! Ref# 557893325
This is my second complaint. I bought a queen bed CASH at homechoice pretoria last month . After unpacking the bed I realized that the base is Double and the mattress is Queen , ever since Iv been sending emails to homechoice begging them to give me the correct base Mind you I paid CASH for that bed ,to my Suprise I have been receiving emails that my ticket was closed and resolved ,WHAT KIND of TERRIBLE service is this? All I want is for homechoice to give me my refund or swop the base . And yes I will never refere anyone to buy anything from HOMECHOICE they have the poorest service and they don’t care about their customers!
Homechoice has the poorest service ever! I bought a bed on the 10/6/20. And it was collected on the 24/6/20 (Pretoria)after receiving an sms. After unpacking the bed I realized that the base is smaller and the mattress is huge mind you that I paid infull for the Queen bed but they decided to give me double bed base. You call them and lost one to the music for 30 minutes, you send emails they don’t respond to you, you write on their Twitter page they don’t bother replying to your complaint. I want someone to contact me as I need the correct base I paid a lot of money for that bed! If you thinking of buying anything from them DONT! You will be disappointed!
I called fraud division to block my card on the 23rd feb 2018 that was done then applied for a new card. I went to collect my card at menlyn branch on the 9th March 18, I noticed on my statements that there were some transactions going through for Tollgates that I don’t know of, I then called fraud division given case no: ********** , I was told that feedback available after 6 working days, till today! The transactions are happening on the new card number shocking enough! I was told that the transactions started in February but only processed in March! How the hell is that possible??? Again transactions happed on 16 , 24 , 27 March! I spoke to someone useless investigator on the 19th march name Brownwen who told me that I will be refunded and they will call me the next day! Nothing happened! Bcz I’m a loyal client i had to close this account and open another 1 but my account is on a minus bcz of the fraudsters so it means I can’t close it! I’m really using my faith in standard bank!
