In December i app**** for a home WiFi and paid online for the service and they cancelled it on their side and was told to get a refund of which to date they haven’t done these people have no direct line only chat bots that does not resolve any issues im tired of these ****mers pretending to be vuma and when you call vuma they can’t assist with anything but these ****mers are their service providers
Wimpy engen hluhluwe has always disappoints me if I’m using their app it’s almost a year now when i order online my orders are automatically cancelled or purposely cancelled I don’t know and I have to get to the shop it’s only then im told my order was canceled and I have to rebook and wait while it’s being prepared and that doesn’t serve the purpose and a real inconvenience on my side
****** ,arrogant accommodation On the 4th of April 2025 i booked this stupid accommodating and paid online via booking.com only to arrive there and there was no one to receive me mind you the reception was open , calls were not answered i had to make alternative accommodation 50km away and when I return to enquirer about the mishap no one wanted to take accountability even to come and address me i was given a piece of paper with email and was told to send a complaint there
I bought several combos of bathrooms and windows including doors only to find out that the toilet water tanks are not delivered mind yiu it’s 2 sets , i went to the store as i made an online payment and the driver delivered to my employee and I lost track of the receipt fine i let it slide i bought the water tanks from them again now I purchased a water pump it’s only a both and a half the thing just rubs one way even if there’s water usage in the house I think their products are substandard and **** I’m very disappointed to this store it’s just that their staff service is superb but products are a minus all this happened in mtubatuba Buildrite I honestly regret buying from them as the senior management shows no remorse no effort im helping
Forest villas in st lucia is a ****** accommodation and managed by ******* who, a week ago i booked online via booking.com and 2600 rands was deducted for a night sleep on this stupid property and when u got there after midnight there was no one to attend to me and ended looking for an alternative accommodation and no one has reached out nor account for what happened as they say i was properly accommodated
Steers total hluhluwe Bad service just now we ordered telephonically 2 meals mjojo burger plus quarter chicken as delivery that was 19:32 by 20:15 still the order was not done ti I decided to go collect as it was raining heavily when I got there at hluhluwe steers by the garage total a cashier dark in complexion very cheeky I might add told me that I must pay with cash I asked why she said she doesn’t know the prices so I told her the price and in the rain I went to my car and collected my phone to show her after showing her she asked I write down the prices cause of some other I didn’t know but opted to use my phone calculator still after all this she insisted I pay with cash then to my surprise cause this order was going to be paid by card how come they want cash at the shop can steers answer that cause I told her to eat it and left
A case was opened for me by a police officer on Wednesday the 5th midday and I voluntarily went to the police station on Thursday morning after I received the call of a case being opened then I was arrested and released the very same person that got me arrested continued using their powers to torment me in conjunction with the station commander so seeing there’s no stopping them destroying me I also opened my own case against the person last night but I’m not seeing the urgency that was displayed on me to this person,I reached out to the second in command to expose more details of the rot of *******ion done by the officer on duty
The virtual landlines for both my companies have been out of service for reasons not known or explained for almost a month now & they’ve stopped responding and the company is not picking up call on the numbers provided
Today I was interrogated by a partner because a steers staff member took it upon themselves to discuss and share details including photos of someone whom Ive send to pick up my online orders mind you I’m a frequent customer in that branch and what not so I’m wondering is that even normally alone ethical ?
