Swedespeed rude representative
We have been dealing with Swedespeed a number of years now but I must say that Freda who recently started at Swedespeed is the rudest person I have encountered. We send the car in on 27 March to have brakes done. The car now has something rattling and lose. We have been trying to arrange for the car towed in so that they can evaluate what the problem is. The noise was not in the car prior to sending it to Swedespeed in Montague Gardens. It has been very difficult dealing with Freda to try and arrange to have the car booked with her putting the phone down in my ear. She would not even let me finish my sentences to explain to her what the problem is. The owner of the vehicle is travelling at the moment for business and I am trying to assist to get the car back to Swedespeed. Shocking that a service company have their representative behaving in this manner.

Santam Service is shocking
I have been with Santam for many years. My house was broken into on 15 November 2022 when I logged a call with Santam. Today is 01 December and the claim is still not resolved. When I speak to my broker or Santam they keep saying I must wait for the assessor to file his report and that I must be patient. How long can a report take to file? I have now had to purchase the broken security gates and replaced the broken window to ensure I have a more secure house. This kind of bad service is just not worth the exorbitant fees I pay every month to them. Even giving the one star rating is too good for them.

Discovery Health - always an excuse for not paying claims
I went for an MRI scan. My plan clearly states that the first part of the scan will be paid out of my medical savings and the rest Discovery will pay. Well, I got my statement back and they stipulated that the claim was rejected with a reason that there is a co-payment due for the full amount. When I phoned to query it, they then said that the claim was rejected because of a wrong ICD Code. How can an ICD code be wrong for a specific service? The company that performed the scan told me that Discovery covers the scan. They submit claims everyday to medical aid so how can they be blamed for Discovery rejecting a claim. The previous time I spoke to a manager (after two weeks of fighting with them) and she told me that the staff handling the claims have a predrafted list that they work with and if anything is not exactly as stipulated on the list then the claims are rejected. They claim to be the best medical aid but they can't provide their members with service or cover that they need/ stipulated in their plans. Discovery definitely have lost their personal touch and care for their members. I have been with them for over 20 years but the past 2/3 years have been a nightmare trying to get service, claims approved. It is absolutely shocking.

Airlink service is non-existing!
I have been trying to get a refund out of Airlink since COVID Lock down started. I booked a flight for 27 March 2020 but because of COVID could not fly. It took me until March 2021 to find the right department to cancel the flight at get a refund at Airlink. I have been waiting since March for my refund. It was said that it will take 4 months to process the refund but still no success. Who takes 4 months to process a refund? I leave messages, send emails and I just auto replies back. When one manages to get hold of a staff member, the responsibility is just passed to the Refunds department, who just does not reply.

Vodacom not responsive to closing account
I have been trying since July 2019 to close an account with Vodacom. Account was fully settled and confirmation received that my balance is R0.00, however based on a credit report the account is still open and shows that I owe then R729.00. How can this be possible? I have again requested that the account be closed. I can see they have read my emails but I still don't get a response. This is just not acceptable!!

Absolute Pets dont care about their longstanding customers
I have been a long standing customer to Absolute Pets, Flamingo Square. I take my furry children to them to be groomed every 2 to 3 weeks. I had an appointment booked a month ago. Couldn't get an appointment sooner because the groomer was not available. During this week I received a phone call from them to cancel my appointment due to loadshedding. It was a choice of an appointment during the week or waiting another 2 weeks before they could assist. Then no loadshedding happened and instead of them phoning customers who had an appointment back to give them the appointment back that was booked a month ago, they couldn't bother. On phoning them to question them I was told that the only slot they could give me was on Tuesday. Again...I WORK DURING THE WEEK. They then got their branch manager to phone me after promising that the groomer will personally phone me in 45 minutes. After speaking to the branch manager and expressing my unhappiness with their service and how they treat their customers he promised to phone me back. Well...I am still waiting for his call as well as the groomer to call me back. That was yesterday. Shocking service. Will never take my furry children back. I spend thousands of rand every month with them. But truth is they dont care enough about their customers to retain them.

Months of frustration working with Vox.
Here we go again! I have had nothing but frustration working with Vox Telecom and Frogfoot. It is now almost 3 weeks of unstable, slow and no fibre connection at home (And that is only the last incident) Lots of frustration dealing with people on their helpdesk who keeps telling me to reboot my ONT and Mikotech boxes. When I do then I don't have fibre connection for 3 to 5 days. I have more downtime on my fibre connection than uptime. Vox blames Frogfoot, Frogfoot blames Vox. Last night I had their technician Peter out on site until after 23h00 but that is only because I lost my cool and phoned everyone I could to try hold of to get support. He got the connection up but only got 200Kbps on downloading ... I PAY FOR 100MBPS downloading and 50 MBPS uploading. I was promised by Peter that he will phone me today and bring other equipment .... I am still waiting. When I tried to get hold of him to find out if he is still coming to resolve the speed issue, he did not answer his phone. Their helpdesk told me that I needed to wait 48 hours for a technician to go on site. Hell! I have been waiting four months to get this resolved and have been dealing for four months with an unrealiable fibre network at home. Last night I was promised that the service manager Tairan will phone me back by one of his staff members. I am still waiting. Would I recommend Vox and Frogfoot to anyone ..... Hell, no. I think it is time to find another service provider. Something has got to give. And that will be me giving notice to Vox. What is a customer supposed to do when dealing with a service provider who cannot resolve their issues and provide a stable fibre network, as promised when I signed up? So disappointing.

Vox Telecom - Just a bad service provider who cannot provide up time
I have been without internet since Saturday, 14 April 2018 until now, 16 April 2018. I have spent so much money on phone calls to the Vox support department. They keep blaming Frogfoot. I then phoned Frogfoot who then blamed them for outages. I have logged calls on 28 March 2018, ,07 April 2018, 11 April 2018 and 14 April everyday until today to resolve the fact that my internet is not up and running. For a paying customer one would expect to have 99.99% up time. I get promised that they will phone me back but that never happen. Between all the promises, I have yet have to get a call since 12 April 2018. And every time I phone then they say..."I am about to phone you.." I pay for a 100Mbps fibre line and only get 19.67Mpbs!!! That is IF my internet is up. I am so frustrated with Vox Telecom as a service provider. So how do you get out of the contract with them?
