I am both a buyer and seller on Yaga. For the most I am satisfied with my experience thus far. Pro's: 1. Wide variety of items to view 2. Option to save favourites to give you time to think about the purchase or come back to it when have the funds to purchase. 3. Support feedback is good. Cons: 1. Hate when I have to prompt buyers to release funds 2. Hate sellers who take long to ship or renege on promised shipping dates 3. Dislike the high add on fees 4. Absolutely abhor Paxi delivery times. I will no longer purchase from a seller if Paxi is the only option and they cannot accommodate Pudo.
I have read so many negative reviews recently of Old Mutual, that I have decided to transfer my paid-up retirement annuity to an active one I have with Allan Gray. Well now I am in the midst of a battle to transfer the funds out. Dealing with Old Mutual is a living nightmare and the sooner I can be done with them, the better. By comparison, Allan Gray's assistance and response time has been phenomenal.
Placed my first order with Chamdor and what terrible service. Shipped two days after immediate payment, short delivered and then can't get through telephonically to query. Order number 33076. I only received 1 x 5PC Classic Wool Aran Porcelain and I ordered and paid for two. I also sent an email with photographic proof. Please send through my short order ASAP!!!!!
I sent an email to about 6 optometrists, including Optique in Tokai, with my previous prescription, my preferred frame and asked a number of questions, including requesting a quote that included lens thinning and anti-glare, as I wanted to ensure I was dealing with someone who could understand what my "problems" were and deal with it accordingly. One optometrist responded with an emailed "generic" quote and not answering my specific questions, no response from 4 others, but ***meda of Optique Tokai called me to answer my questions, gave me clarity on some things and ultimately gave me confidence to use their services. And I am glad I did. The optometrist Zemvelo was professional and definitely gave me confidence in her abilities. Shane assisted brilliantly with my frame selection and subsequent handling of my account. And even nicer surprise was getting a consultation report via sms that I could download. I will definitely use their services again.
I terminated my rental agreement last year and agreed on a settlement amount and pay off agreement. According to the agreement, my last installment would be the end of this month (January 2024), which co-incided with their promotion of R500 cash back on the 10/01 if you settled 50% of your balance in December, which I did. When I followed up, I got no answers to my emails and whatsapp messages. When I called them yesterday to enquire about my cash back, I was asked "did you accept the offer?". There was no indication that I had to accept anything. Then today I get an email to say I do not qualify as my settlement balance is XYZ....which suddenly went up from the agreed amount. So instead of owing ABC, my balance has become inflated. Like ***????
I've ordered a few times from Loot and generally the service has been average...nothing mind boggling. Up until my recent order in December. Received notification that it had been shipped on the 30/12 and that's about the last information I can get from them. Apparently they have started using a new courier company that does not have online tracking and can only be contacted via email by the Loot consultant, but they do apparently do not respond to said email. How on earth can Loot contract out courier services to such a company (which seems to be start up business). Order number CNKF-309-B280.
Worst courier service ever!!!! Ordered a graduation gift for my son on the 02/12 from Game. Parcel was handed over to Dawn Wing on the 04/12 and online tracking stopped on the 06/12. Getting hold of them telephonically to follow up is a nightmare and when I eventually got through to change delivery address, a follow up call the next day showed that the address had not been changed. So delivery is scheduled for today, the 11/12, the day of my son's graduation (which was this morning) to my work. Now I'm sitting at home at 13h50, trying to determine where my parcel is, because apparently the driver is not answering his phone, instead of going out to celebrate my sons graduation. Pathetic. Game should change their service provider.
Intellifix is a cell phone repair service that comes to your home to do repairs. They offer a friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend them.
On the 11 of September, my husband went in to ABSA Sea Point, to get a confirmation letter that his cheque account was closed and no longer active. He did the necessary and it was told it would take 2-3 days to have it emailed to him. He also requested the same via email as a "just in case". To date, no letter. A telephonic query yielded the statement "it takes 10 days, so you must wait". Surely a template exists for this type of thing? Emails to absa action line is not yielding any satisfactory responses. What now? This letter is required urgently. Same letter request from Standard Bank was received in 2 days!!!!
This business advertises its services assisting clients with having their Debt Review status removed. They advertise on Gumtree. Please stay away from them for the following reasons: 1. You will always end up calling them and using up your airtime - they always seem to have problems with their telephone lines. 2. They purport to have a "legal consultants" but it seems to be run by one individual, Donovan Abrahams. 3. They come across as knowing what they do, but they are incompetent to say the least. Rather pay the extra fees for a board certified attorney. 4. Two months later and my debt review status has not been rescinded and I am struggling to get my promised refunds. 5. They seem to have blocked my number, as I cannot get through to them.
