battling to get a paid-up letter, very poor customer service. these types of companies should be barred from being debt collectors
account was settled a week ago, still getting phone calls requesting payment. also not getting any response with regards to the paid-up letter, very frustrating. they should be barred from being a debt collector
different story each time I request a limit increase, one month this story, next month that story. leaves a very bad taste in my mouth, very, very bad customer service
still no feedback received since last week Tuesday, C-50556692. I was promised feedback by the 31st of March 2025, absolutely no one has been in contact with me since i lodged my complaint last week Tuesday
this is now my 3rd complaint about ABSA Insurance. Not sure if it is because i logged a claim for my insured vehicle last month, but now, without any warning, my premium has more than doubled, from R1220 to more R2500. I am going to cancel this insurance as one cannot have these many issues with an insurer.

the guys doing the picking for the 60sixty customers are very rude in this store. They can push or bump your trolley out of the way, sometimes they can even push you out of the way without apologizing. not to mention their drivers, they behave like taxi drivers on the road
since installing the telematics device in May this year, I have never been rewarded for good driving, sometimes I cannot even log onto the Activate App. Then the app is offline, then it has a bug. I have sent e-mails to report this, no feedback received.
i just bought a breakfast delux at Checkers hyper in three rivers. first of all, the customer assistant took her own time to assist me, printing labels and ignoring me as if I was not there. 2nd, i just got back to work and it is extremely cold, unfortunately we do not have a microwave so I have to eat it as cold as it is. 3rd, the toast that comes with the meal, is extremely hard, as if it was made yesterday already. i am completely appalled by this type of service
absolutely appalled by the level of service and commitment received from the Beares Vereeniging Branch Manager. My wife has an account and the payments are made via Debit order. each and every month, my wife's bank account is debited twice, than we have to drive all the way to the store, and beg for a refund, this has been happening for quite a while now and there has been no effort whatsoever from the store manager to have this issue resolved, Today, we have to drive to the store again to have this duplicate payment refunded. I sent a mail to their head office, but not sure whether we will receive a response. we have taken the decision to never ever buy to business with this company again.
