I would not recommend anyone to utilize rent a store to store any belongings. Its only the 6th of the month and they now says they need a calender month to give notice. In order to remove my goods I must pay for the entire month of April which I shall not be using the unit and it would be empty. The company clearly rips customers off in this manner and thinks nothing of this. Manager Sinenhlanhla Ngwenya not will to hear any and does the company and managers do not have any compassion for the customers of rent a store only looking to make the company rich for an empty unit that will be standing.
Discovery health giving misleading information regarding policies and when call in to speak to agents they a bit rude. With recordings they fail to accept responsibility.
Good day. i am really not pleased with the service received from Manager level at Game regarding cellphone purchase. Sales consultant advise should a faulty be found in 7 days device must be brought back and it will be exchanged. when you take device back to stores their story changes and it must not be sent for repairs. who can assist at Game. i would appreciate for a manager to call me immediately. Lee Manager at Cresta could not even assist.
Recently took out fibre deal with webafrica. I was informed I can connect my own router and it will connect. I connected 2 routers and no Internet connection. Chat to an agent on WhatsApp and they can't assist also can't even speak to an agent over the phone. Bad service and still not resolved.
I have logged tickets 2 days in a row to resolve network issues and receive no response. Also reufund needs to be processed for double charge and also nobody called me
FNB Fraud department. i have logged a fraud case in 2019 with FNB. till today they tell me that the case has been assigned to Warren Du Plessis who has not contacted me as yet. i tried calling in for Warren in Fraud dept and he always busy and does not even reply to emails. FNB Case Number 2019-827390. Can FNB supervisor or manager call me regarding this matter as this is not the service we expect from FNB. If this should be the service we get as a client i rather move banks.
I have opened a fraud case with FNB a year ago. And till today no response received or fnb has still not contacted me. When you call fraud department they say must ask for certain individuals however they not available. And still if you email them they do not response to your email. Is this the service we get as a fnb customer? Can they fraud dept please call me ASAP

I have paid up my account over 2 months ago with collection agency vvm. when I go into the store it shows that I am still have an outstanding balance and I need to contact collection agency VVM, when I contact them they say that the account has been settled and that a request has been sent to Edgars, they then said they will send another request to Edgars to update and that I should wait 21 days I did wait and on the 8/9/2018 I go check on the status of my account only to see that it still shows I have an outstanding balance. this is unacceptable is Edgars staff not doing their job they are paid to do. please call me ********** 902 ASAP to resolve this issue or I will have to refer this matter to the Ombudsman.
