Telkom is the worst communication company to deal with. I requested my service to be cancelled and to go on prepaid. This has not been done as yet. Further to this I requested international roaming which I was asked to apply for and this was declined due to my number being in the process of being cancelled to prepaid. It seems as if telkom can't do more than one thing at once. Further to this I requested my numbers to be ported to Mtn. Again I was declined and asked to contact the service provider Telkom. They can't answer the calls and neither can they assist
The worst company to deal with.i received a call from vodacom asking me to upgrade my 2 data plan. I told the consultant that i will be relocating overseas ans she told me that this is a month to month contract and i can cancel anytime.i called thw call center to cancel and lo and behold i can only cancel in 2027. I wont be using the services from January and i will just unpay the debit orders
The service advertised is not the service provided. My line speed has not gone past 15mbps and the advertising says I could get speeds over 100mbps. Furthermore the technical team cannot be contacted..
Worst experience on a Thursday evening. Even after booking a table, we had to wait about 15 before being seated.. Then asked to move... Waiting for the meal .. Really poor
I ordered a new device and package from them I paid upfront for the service. The sales was fantastic but the service is ****.. 5 days without getting a call.. My internet is down.. Waiting 30 minutes for them to respond to 5 queries.. Total ****
Still waiting for my line to be cancelled and my refund.. Almost a year gone by
Bunch of *******.. Was called for an upgrade.. Lies.. Had been issued 2 new lines.. Which I still cannot cancel
I received a call from an agent in November to upgrade my existing lines.i was in doubt because I had only renewed the said contracts in November 2021. The consultant promised me that it was an upgrade and if it was new I was Not interested .the consultant assured me it was an upgrade.so I took the contract. Only to find I was hoodwinked....I have to now pay for 4 contracts of which I only use 2..I reported this to the Gateway branch and was told that the Sims was just a replacement for the existing Sims...another lie...I called the company who did the upgrade...they are still investigating really bad for customer service
This is in reference to Waterloo Spar specifically. I just stood in a queue for 55 minutes while i had the unpleasant experience of watching a staff member, have a closed till, especially re opened for her so that she could have her personal shopping items cashed, while we customers had to endure the wait. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who was a good listener, but didnt possess the s****s to pursue this matter Sad thats theres no value for customers nor service, Definitely wont be back there
Amrez Naidoo at the payroll department is rude and arrogant..he does not know how to speak to his customers.. this guy should be fired..
