On the 28th Sept 2015 i bought bbq roasted chicken use by date 28th Sept and 2 small packets of garlic loaf slices ( ham) already expired date on product 27th Sept . I only noticed the horrible smell from the rotten chicken when I was already at home trying to dish up lunch for my family. The back of the chicken was green ,pity I ddnt take pictures because I almost puked . When I got to the store.They asked for my details then gave me a refund.No apologies for the inconvenience. No one was bothered about the incident.
Me and my kids had a lovely experience on the 17th June 2024. We did horse riding and quad biking. Lunch was great too. Thank you so much Hilda for your assistance with my booking. You were very kind and patient ❤️ 👏

My banking app was not functioning well upon check in. Lol the lady at reception suggested cellphone banking . I send the money to her account for the booking. All went well. The stay was lovely. it was raining on Saturday the 25th so the heated pool was our hideaway place which we spend most of our time. thank you for the lovely breakfast even thou my partner was hoping to get cheese which was not available. lol. , the rooms are well maintained and clean, thou we had a luke warm shower on Sunday , i think our neighbours finished the hot water. thank you for hosting us with a smile. Given the chance we would come again.
We bought take aways from the Spur in Warmbath late evening on the 25th March. When we got home we realised our order was incomplete. I immediately called to notify them, i spoke to Ralph, he said i can pop in the next day to sort it out. We got to Spur the next day Ralph was not available. We were assisted by Mark. He made sure He replaced the whole order and even offered us drinks on the house. He apologised for the inconvenience. Thank you for the excellent customer service . you handled our complaint with care.
i have a contract with telkom , its been 14 months now, for the past 2 months im being billed extra R3 per day for something i did not subscribe to . ****** akinga vertical service provider appears on my statement. i dont know what the hell that is. im furious Because i went to telkom in fourways near checkers hyper in july to have it removed, but to my surprise my invoice has R3 pilling up daily. TELKOM DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CRAB SUBSCRIBTION . i cant wait to cancel my contract

It is with such dissatisfaction that i had to write this message expressing the poor quality of the pizza i bought. and the terrible service i received. I bought original vege medium today(sunday 14th nov) at bronkhorstspruit but it tasted more like, bread with tomato paste, olives with pineapple with limited mozzarella cheese. I even found an olive pit. i waited 30 minutes to receive my order even thou there were 6 staff members at the back. apparently they were on training on how to clean the ovens, they had someone call me back just to say SORRY, but i ddnt pay for Sorry . i expect a professional feedback
