I opened OM Bank and I ddnt expect what I got. After a month of transacting , there was an incident of a transaction I ddnt know whereby my card was used and pin and at the time my card was with me and I was at home. The transaction happened on the 4th January at 6am. I called OM bank and explained what had happened and asked for assistance to trace what happened and where it happened so I can involve the police. Till today theres excuses and excuses everytime and I have decided to leave it alone and never again use that account. I am so disappointed in OM bank and would never advice any of my family and friends to open an account there because you can easily use your money or something happen to your account and the security system of the bank is poor and their customer care sucks even more. I regret opening an account there.
I recently joined allife and was assisted by an agent by the name of Wandile, called me more than three times to confirm details and everything. Now the debit order hasnt gone through and I havent received my policy contract and also I havent been scheduled for tests as its a life cover because the debit hasnt gone through. I call now and I am told the call hasnt been confirmed - I dunno what the hell does that mean because that Wandile person called more than 3 times to confirm details and everything. If this is how you treat new clients that means then your claim process will drag and drag. This is incompetence on another level and lack of customer care. I am already regretting moving to alllife.

I received the order that I have been struggling to get from Makro after ordering on the 11th of December and delivery was supposed to be the 19th then all of a sudden then I was told its the suppliers problem for not delivering on time. I received it today and its not the items advertised, its ******* and of poor quality and on top of sending me total ******* , its missing items. How the hell am I supposed to feed my child when there are no s****s like advertised? On the advertised item there is a s**** and the fork and they were not included. It was packaged poorly and what was inside were dirty items and its silicone feeding set. I wish I had ordered from somewhere else. I will never order from makro again and will make sure non of my friends and family buy from them. Their customer service is pathetic. I emailed you pictures of that ******* you sent me to compare to what you advertised and tell me if you would be happy with that order nxaaaaa
I placed an order on the 11th December and the delivery was to be the 11th and it’s my Niece Christmas gift, the order is not even shipped and it’s the 19th and next week it’s Christmas and my Niece’s Christmas gift is not under the tree. I had to call and enquire yesterday and a call centre agent told me the order is approved and no further update on it and She will send me the feedback. I regret ordering from Makro , it was my first and the last time and I will never advice my family and friends to order there. Their service sucks and they dont care about customers as long as you paid. This is the worst online experience I have ever had.
Your service sucks big time. When someone skips a payment , you are damn quick to come and repossess. My daughter finished a contract with you on a phone and ddnt want to buy it and told you to come fetch it and that was months ago and till today you still havent fetched the phome and you keep trying to debit her account. She has been sending you emails and you never respond. You cannot force someone to take the item if they choose not to after the contract ends. You are a ****. You have no customer care and are a ****. This is wrong and very ****ty. This is utter nonsense.

I app**** for the Takealot personal shopper programme and was rejected , I tried again because I really love the programme and its something I am good at and can do well at and a certain lady from the programme contacted me and sent me forma to fill in and I did same time and I ddnt a response or feedback and I asked the lady she said it was unsuccessful and its usually because a persona has a ******** record. I asked the lady to kindly find out why it was rejected again as I ddnt understand and felt atleast they should send me an email to say this is why your application was rejected and the lady never got back to me as she had said she sent an enquiry and I also sent 3 mails to ask for feedback and they are being ignored . All I was asking is why it was rejected and just to be provided with feedback or dont I deserve feedback whatever the reason it was rejected?
This is mu second order and I am not happy about how orders are handled , or is it just with my orders. With my first order, I had to send God knows how many emails for my order to be packed and be ready for fast way to pick up and deliver. I again placed another order on the 4th of September, again it has not been attended to , packed . When I called Future life just not , this morning the lady who answered when I was telling her about my concern with the order was very rude. Your service with online order is really bad and your people are *********** and very rude
