Extremely bad service. I have been struggling for weeks to finalise my refund with TakeaLot. No one is responding to my emails at all.
Paid for applications not needed, now all the staff disappeared when insisting on a refund I was promised a refund two weeks ago, since then My messages and emails are ignored. Never again!!
Pretoria Arms gave me false information saying I have to complete new applications which I had to pay over 1000 When I got to the police, it was not necessary to complete any forms since I submitted all before I paid for a motivation which I never received either! Besides all of this, the service is very poor!! I can’t seem to get any attention
One Plan refused to pay my claim for my dog that was stung by a bee and as a result went into anaphylactic shock. I understand I am in the waiting period seeing that it’s a new policy but I was guaranteed immediate accidental cover. Now all of the sudden this is considered a disease. Absolutely ridiculous!
I have NEVER come across such poor, *********** service as with the Vodacom Fibre department After I moved to my new address, they first charged me twice, once for the old address and one for the new address. This as after I gave them the 30 day notice. Only to find out that the error cannot be corrected immediately and I have to pay the invoice after which the credit will be passed a month later Then after logging a ticket for a 100 line that I am only getting 40/50, they send the technician to the old address. Who did not communicate when he will be arriving, he randomly pitched up at the old address They then decided to cancel my line at the new address, after which I had to log another ticket. With a turnaround time of 3 days. In this time, they send another technician to the old address This was escalated to management and After a massive struggle the line was activated and 4 hours later, the line was cancelled again without any communication I logged another ticket with a turn around time of three days, which was escalated, yet again, to management on day 3 On day 4, I spoke to Vodacom again, and this was AGAIN escalated after which they told me I have to wait another 24 hours This has now been an ongoing issue for 9 days. Another technician was sent out, and informed me that he cannot do anything since it’s not a technical issue I spoke to 6 consultants, I had 3 technicians come out. It’s been escalated to 3 managers, I have cell numbers of 4 different consultants. I had to log 5 tickets. Spent about 4 hours on the phone, yet… they just cannot seem to get it activated Absolutely unbelievable how shocking the service is I have been with Vodacom for 18 years and needless to say, I will be cancelling all my contracts with them
I enrolled with CharterQuest in 2022 to attend the week lectures and paid the deposit fee. After which I was told that there were not enough students and only Sunday online lectures will be available. It was not possible for me to attend Sunday lectures yet, no refund was offered even if they accepted my deposit knowing I was the only student enrolling for weekdays. Since I could not attend the lectures I tried to use there recorded classes which did not work out either. I could not understand the lecturer and was not in the initial class to raise the questions. Regardless I tried to follow the lecturer working through my study guide but for some reason, he was not using the same guide which was even more confusing. I was going back and forth but couldn’t keep track. Since I paid the R 6000 for one subject! I worked through ONE recorder lecture that helped nothing After I sent them an email explaining they just do not respond. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND them at all
What a absolute nightmare to arrange a simple return to Zando! I have been struggling for what feels like forever to return a parcel to Zando. It’s been months and All I get after numerous complaints is an email stating that a courier company will call me that NEVER happens. I do understand that there will be delays under the circumstances but really!! 6 months!! That’s ridiculous
Coricraft Kramerville Probably the worst customer service I have come accross. Struggled for three weeks to get an exchange processed then the wrong stock was delivered. Now I am in week two and they don’t even bother to answer my emails!
