Second time trying to use zestlife and this time its very stressful. More that 5 emails asking for more and more information. We paid shortfalls self because this people try anything not to pay. We did sent everything. Any recommendation on better gap cover please.
First i ask courier guy to pick up a machine in Despatch and bring it to Modimolle. They said it would be R1050.00. when i went to local centre they say its now R7000.00. I said no way, the parcel isn't even that value. They brought it down to R2000.00. Second, i ask them to pick up a parcel in Roodepoort and gave the measurements and weight. I made a immediate payment of R236 to them asd ask for a door to door overnight delivery. And paid for it. They picked up the parcel on 16 Desember. Today because its a overnight i went to them and ask where is the parcell. They told met i have to pay another R195. Before they will deliver. I paid the R195 with eft immediate payment. Its 14H00. Was admitted to hospital. Medical fund paid, but there was a shortfall of almost R24000. Sent the claim to zestlife and it took them very long to just tell me they will not pay because of 12 months waiting period. I was not aware of this because my medical fund also has a 12 month period but they paid. I rather cancel this policy because i see Zetslife will always find a loophole not to pay. Just a money making sceme.

Hul wil dit tergbetaal aan persoon wat inbetaling gedoen het. Maar dit was 'n transaksie tussen hom en my wat NIKS met Netcare te doen het nie. Ek het reeling om hom terug te betaal. For second time in Modimolle. Service a waste of time. We ordered 4 drinks. Was told to stop at last window. Waited looonnng. Reversed back, because this branch is not busy. When staff saw us the scattered aroud (probely forgot about us) so i drove away because i had to pick up someone. Came back 10 min later and got the drinks (watery). And the staff was ****ed of with me. Thanks Macdonalds Modimolle, but from now on i will rather go to Bela Bela. The service there fast and they do have milkshakes. The Modimolle branch dont have milkshakes for the last 6 months or maybe longer.
We bought 2 machines from takealot. Received it. Then our biggest nightmare started. We contact Ikhoka, at first very helpful and friendly. They needed documents and we sent it. A agent connected both the machines and said we can start business they will sent everything to their Fica dept. We heard from people a lot a storeis, so we used the machines to do a few transactions but stopped. About R3000. Well since then we wait and no payment in the bank and its 8 days now. Try to contact them again, and what a surprise - They need all our documents again. We try to explain but nothing our account is under veknylstroom@gmail.cpm Does this mean we will lose that money ?? Absa Modimolle freezed our Church account and now we cannot pay Sars and all our other accounts.The reason is Fica How can they just freeze your money. we are looking for other bank now. We also ask them to just transfer the money to another account so that we can pay accounts. They dont want to.We did hand in our documents but they can only help us Monday. Meanwhile our internet, Sars, and all our other accounts will be in arrears. Is there any way they can help us today.!!!
Phones stolen on Friday afternoon in office. Went to store Saturday morning. Did sim swop. They blacklisted my 2 phone numbers. Saturday afternoon one number was working, but the number i use for work is still not working and it is Monday 11H30. Store said my nunber was hard locked. I try to phone but nothing i need this number to word asap. Please
I oaid my account on Sunday 5 January. The payment went of my bank but not showing on Lewis system. They dont want to give me a receipt. Today the 6 January the money is still out of my account and Lewis still dont want to give me receipt. Now i am a late payer and they will add interest on my account.
