They have been calling me nonstop over the last two days. When I answer the call nobody talks and the call keeps cutting. They must have called me about 10 times over a 24 hour period. If they really want to get hold of me so badly then get someone to offer a personal touch and call me and actually talk when I answer the call. 011 790 6842 is the number from which they keep calling

Showmax sends me emails multiple times to update my payment details. I do that and everytime I submit its say something went wrong please try again I have tried almost 4 times now and the same thing everytime. Shows how much they actually want me as a client. Maybe it's a sign to do without it... cannot be that hard to get something so simple correct
My FNB debit card is due to expire at the end of May 2025. As should be the case a new card should be issued at no cost. FNB started the process and the card never arrived... now when following up I was told to order a new card on the app and guess what, I am being charged R160 for it. Why should I cover the costs for the banks incompetence the first time around.
Been trying to contact absa vehicle for days... the call center number just rings and rings ... I waited for 11 minutes each time and no response. Pity I chose this provider to finance my vehicle. Absolute pathetic client care and service
Adrien manuel was great In terms of the work done on the quote and the persistence to keep calling me back as I was waiting for some key info on the vehicle. That was really a pleasant client experience

the worst possible customer service. nobody is willing to help to try and finalise the matter. jumping from one person to the next and getting nowhere. Sent in a cancellation form on 3 April 2018. Autoresponse on the mailbox said they will get back to me in 21days. After 21 days nobody comes back to me. i go to the store at centurion mall to enquire and they say sorry that email no longer works i need to do it online. Consultant then submits all my documents again in store to the cancellations team. Its been over a week since that took place and no feedback.
