I switched to MTN today. Loaded R160 airtime and bought 7.5g +7.5g Bozzagigs for R129.00. I then downloaded the MTN app and tried to go onto the playstore. There is no data!!!!! It says I don't have a data bundle!!!! I phone customer care who say they can't see anything and I must phone later because it's not reflecting!!!! Clearly on my App you can see under 'Bought' I have paid R129 but I have no data!!!!!!! *** is wrong with you??!!!! Why the **** did I switch over to MTN I don't know. I want my Data that I paid for! Is MTN the fraud service provider champion in SA apart from Nigeria?!
Not to long ago I posted a review after I had made a top up purchase 'Add to Bill'. I then got messages saying i was in arrears and must pay. After the review I got a call and email from accounts saying I must just ignore the message on the App. I however went to pay it anyway because I got sick of the messages!! 6 days ago I had paid my account for the month in full, before the due date and did another 'Add to Bill' 10gig top up. Lo and behold the same messages pop up! Today I get an email stating that you intend suspending my service unless I pay immediately!!! Are you ****ing mad or something?! My account is fully paid up, I owe you approx R63 for the top up which should carry over to my next billing date!! Now you threaten me with this ****!! Cant you see it was an ADD TO BILL Top up?????? Can't you see that every month without fail I pay my account in full before the due date???????? Why are you threatening me like this????? Come and take your ****ing router cancel my service and **** off!! You're so unprofessional, it's a ****ing joke!!!
What's the point of sending me an invoice 3 days after the payment is due?! This is an ongoing issue with Teljoy and it's ridiculous!! I also pay well before the due date, don't you check before you invoice me?! If you did, my invoice would show paid!! Maybe one day in the not too distant future, you will do things right. What is wrong with you? I purchased a R70.00 top up of 10gigs 2 days ago. Please note as I raised with you in 3 tickets: I specifically pressed the ADD TO NEXT BILL button!! Immediately afterward I get a message saying my account is in arrears! I raise a ticket-no reply. Next day I'm 2 days in arrears! I raise a ticket-no reply! Today I raise a ticket, make an EFT payment which I should not have had to do in the first place-still no reply!! I send an email to accounts for them to acknowledge the error and fix it-no reply!! Are you kidding me? Is this how you treat your customers, like they don't exist?! Are you all on your own personal lockdown or don't you believe in after sales?! Every month I pay you via EFT long before the due date. ADD TO NEXT BILL MEANS ADD TO NEXT BILL, SURELY?! So what's with the idiotic YOU'RE IN ARREARS for?! Get your damn link working properly so that you don't brand customers as bad payers etc when in-fact the error lies with you!!
On the 28th Oct i did a pay point transaction at shoprite. There was a problem with the machine, it kept on declining the transaction. Then it came right and i paid for the groceries and got cash back. When i checked my App i saw that they had also taken another amount which was the exact equivalent to the groceries and cash back. I told the store manager who told me they often have this problem with Absa and Fnb!! I phoned countless times and was given the run around. The 2 legit transactions went through to shoprite and 2 other ones after that on different dates. The disputed amount still remains as not available!! Clearly the bank can see that it's an error and i went to a beach 2 yesterday to start a whole process to get them to make the funds available. This is absolute bull****!! You can clearly see there was a ***** up with the pay point because shoprite got the other 2 legit ones 3 days later and then there were 2 more transactions with them on the 2nd that went through which i pointed out to the agent at the branch!! Now your sitting with money they you owe me, clearly you can see it's an error and i must wait for you to decide when to make it available! 7 days I'm told-what a load of ****! You're such a bunch of rip offs,i should never have switched my salary to you. Your advertising campaign is very misleading, because you don't give a **** really! All i got us a message saying it's being looked into and if i have a query i can chat on the secure chat field! I don't want to chat, you didn't even give me a reference number-GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
A delivery arrived today for 3 megaphones, but the driver only had 2. Clearly there were meant to be 3!! The school turned the order away and I phoned Lelethu to sort out the issue. He said one Megaphone was damaged and then emailed me back to tell me that the 3 items will be delivered tomorrow before school closes. Low and behold at 3pm a driver arrives with 3 megaphones. Again they could not be accepted because the cash office and school were closing! 2 idiotic errors on your behalf. You are wasting my time and the drivers time! *** is wrong with Takealot?! Stick to the arrangement made for tomorrow as per my conversation with Lelethu. I've also placed an order for 6-2 way radios for delivery on the 16th. Am I going to get 5 delivered when school has closed?! These are items for the school, not for my personal use!!

When I log in to check out says I'm IN ARREARS!!! Are you all ****ing thick or are you deliberately finding ways to scam people??!! Up till yesterday I received a daily SMS for 14 days telling me to send documents to complete a Kwik loan, which was approved and paid into my account 16 days ago!! The Kwik loan installment and my 12 month loan installment were both debited today as per the agreed debit order date!!!! Now I'm in arrears????!!! Are you ****ing mental, stupid,dumb, incompetent or the whole lot??!! Catch a ****ing wake up Finchoice, employ competent people and tell your idiotic director/CEO whatever the big man's title is-to get a ****ing life!!! You're a pathetic company, the reviews and your trust rating on Hellopeter confirm this!! Absolute idiots.......
When it comes to courier companies, of which I've dealt with 3, I have to say that SWE was by far the best. From the tracking to the ops manager Ricardo and the driver-the service was sublime. Please thank your driver who delivered to me.
Are you insane? I signed up for a data sim and router. When I upload my ID for Rica purposes I get a persistent message that my ID verification has failed with Home Affairs!! *** has Home Affairs got to do with Rica? I've opened numerous accounts and recently another bank account with no problems. But you tell literally that my ID is non existent......!!! Reading all these reviews I doubt I could ever trust you. You have infuriated me with my ID number being rejected-you're ****ing mental man!!! There's something about your that does not seem right, it's fishy and very suspect. What are you actually? Rated #43 in telecoms-there's something wrong, very wrong. You're fancy splash page does not hide the fact that you are an incompetent bunch. The trust ratings here are a true reflection of what you are. Man,I seriously just learn to check reviews here before I do things again. What's with your 90 cancellation as well? Who the **** are your to make cancelling your service 90 days??!! You're absolutely delusional. I'll wait until someone contacts me and cancel the order before it gets finalised. You're to ****ing dodgy.
I concluded a pay day loan on the 10th July and the monies was soon paid over into my account. But since then I am being bombarded with SMS's daily to tell me to send my latest pay slip, bank statement or my loan will expire!! Every ****ing day, since the 10th!! No amount of communication has stopped it. Even when you apply for a loan you land up having to send documents at least 3 times-what the **** for??!! And then just for good measure you get daily SMS's from multiple numbers (so blocking them doesn't help) telling you to complete your application!!!! As of now I've got 8 days reminder to finish my application SMS's!! Possibly more after that, like "we see you didn't finish your application, we're giving you another 14 days....." I cannot believe how pathetic you are!!!!!!
