I am really disappointed on VWSA insurance. I called on the 16th Dec and my car was towed to a storage and they said I will be contacted on follow up with regards to my car until today. I contacted the customer care centre today 5times tracking my car and all the 5 different consulted said they will escalate the issue on why my car has not reached the dealership up to now. No one is giving me any feedback and i am frustrated as i am dependent on that vehicle to reach work. CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME PLEASE BEFORE I LOSE MY MIND.
I have paid my dstv on the 25th November and i got disconnected on the 15 Dec and when I enquire they say I owe R316 for incorrect reversal which I do not know whose fault is that as I have never received any cash back from the premiums I paid. Now I have paid R400 today for the money that they say I owe but I am still disconnected when I call they say they have technical problems. It's almost month end and I will have a premium due soon for the dstv that I did not watch
This five star rating is for a service champion who assisted me this afternoon. After 10 days of trying to blacklist a cellphone with 100 calls to MTN, only one person was patient enough to resolve and follow up on my query. Sharijoy Thamaha of Bonza network is indeed a Champion. With a bubbly personality and patience, she went beyond and above her duties to assist me, she is a star. I wish all Call Center Agents can be like her.
We booked for a place called Bella Vista through Booking.com for the Easter Weekend. After we paid for the full amount that was required they sent us an email with an invoice attached 2 days before our trip telling us we need to pay a refundable R1000 deposit more as the guests that were there previously broke things and left the place messy. We already had made arrangements and we had no choice but to pay the money as inconveniencing as it was for us. They said we will get our deposit 7 days after we have left, until to day they have not paid the money to our account. We have tried to contact the lady by the name Sonika and she is been saying tomorrow tomorrow
What a waste of my money :-( this is a scam. They never fix anything. I logged a claim and they asked me to send pictures I had to literally call them every day to ask for feedback and now they tell me about an estimated quote that is above what they can pay for.. When I took the insurance they never said these things. Now I asked them to send the feedback in writing as I am planning to take it further, they still didn't. I regret that I paid once off 24 months insurance with them. But never again
I was at the police station to certify documents and the police officer on duty turned me away with uncertified documents. He was very rude and shouting that everyone at the police station could hear him. For the first time in my job hunting years that I am told to copy both sides of a matric certificate before it can be certified. How is the subject coding illustration relevant to authenticity? Can the SAPS make a certification criteria be visible to the community???
I am so tired of finrite @ ackermans. It's almost a month now waiting on them to call me regarding my cellphone claim. They asked for my number for a voucher and i confirmed it until now no one has said anything. These people really can't do their work. The agents are rude and very incompetent. Do you know how difficult life is without a proper cellphone?
When will you ever do your job right????? I'm so sick of these administrators. My cellphone was collected on the 17th of September for repairs and until today I haven't heard anything. DID YOU RECEIVE THE PHONE AT LEAST???? I have been send emails but no one is getting back to me. Your service is very POOR but you don't miss payments. YOU ARE THE WORST INSURANCE EVER. YOU CAN JUST SEND BACK MY CELLPHONE AND MY PREMIUMS I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR POOR SERVICE.
I have never seen such an incompetent and careless administrators. I am being robbed by finrite for the second time now. Bought a fone at edgars in 2017/07/23 and they have never missed a single month of deducting my money. Now I must go back and forth to claim for my cellphone. Even today they deducted my money but can't pay for my fone. I have been waiting for them to call me until to this minute. If I knew that the edgars insurance is finrite I wouldn't have taken it. The staff is so incompetent, I don't know where they get training from. I am so annoyed right now. Whenever I have to deal with finrite I get the worst service ever. CAN YOU ATLEAST PAY BACK THE MONEY YOU WERE DEDUCTING ON MY ACCOUNT????
