I was super impressed by the service I received from this branch. The employee who assisted me via WhatsApp (Adombi) was very professional, friendly and had so much patience with all my enquiries. I've dealt with a lot of stores in the past, but the service I received from this store was definitely top notch service. Dealing with stores online can sometimes be a nightmare. But thanks to Cash Crusaders Grassy Park I have hope for the future. Thanks Asombi, you made this shopping experience a great one.
Bad experience shopping online at GAME. I ordered a comforter set for my son. When placing the order it does not give you an option to choose the size. Since it was a gaming comforter set, I assumed it would be a size single. When I received the order I realised it was for a Double bed. I have locked an exchange online, 7 days ago but besides the email informing me of my exchange and a reference number, I have not heard from them again. I called the customer service yesterday. And despite me having a reference number for the request for exchange, they have mo record of me logging it. They promised me yesterday that they would be escalating the exchange request. But up to date nothing. Instead when I called them they asked if I could return it to my nearest Game store. I explained that I ordered it online and it is more convenient if they collect it from me. Needless to say I am still waiting...
If I could, I would give a 0 rating, because that is what they deserve. Had an appointment booked for 19 December at 11:00. No one showed. I tried calling, messaged and emailing them, but no one answered my calls. Next day I got a message tp say their truck broke down and the grandchild was hospitalised, that is why they did not pitch. I did not believe any of this, as no matter what happens, you communicate with your customer. You don't ignore their calls. They rescheduled for 21 December, needless to say they never pitched. I don't know why they bother having a business if all they do is lie. So I definitely do not recommend this service provider. They are pathetic to say the least.
Pudo has been a big disappointment in the last couple of months. They do not offer insurance when sending packages. So when my package arrived in pieces, although it was bubble wrapped, etc. The response I got from them when I complained was, go read our terms and conditions. You should not send valuable items, use Courier Guy instead. What a nice reply. Funny how this is not mentioned in any of their ads, because I am sure all your customers are sending parcels that are valuable. A while ago they upgraded their app and it was impossible to make any bookings. I tried 3 times to make a booking and in all 3 cases it showed error on my side when I tried to complete the booking. The next day the driver called to inform me he is on his way to collect the 3 packages. It was one booking that I tried to do, because of problems on the app, the booking did not go through on my side. Het sometime during the night the booking went through. All 3 of them. I informed the driver that it was duplicate bookings because of the faulty app and that I was not even aware that the bookings went through. He cancelled the 2 duplicate bookings and ensured me I would not be billed for the bookings. Now almost a month later I am informed that I am being billed for the 2 duplicate bookings. Really now??? So beware when using Pudo. Your packages may arrive damaged or your money might dissappear from your Pudo account. So when customers use Pudo, be sure to inform them about the risks involved

I ordered my groceries online from Checkers Zewenwacht. One of the items I ordered was a Russell Hobbs iron. I received the iron but the box was not sealed. I assumed it was to check the condition of the iron for guarantee purposes. When I opened the box I could not believe my eyes. The iron was clearly not new and it was severely burnt at the bottom. How does this even happen? It means the item was returned without being checked and then just placed on the shelf again. I tried to log a return on the app but was unsuccessful in doing so, as I need to return the item to the store. Why do I order online? Because I do not have time to visit a store. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever received. I have send an email to sixty60 and are awaiting their reply.
I recently dealt and visited the Dis-Chem Somerset Mall Branch. And what a nice experience. I had trouble finding a product and the manager and assistant manager went out of their way to assist and they sourced the product for me. The Assistant Manager, Dean Cicero, went above and beyond to assist me, and he even took the time to keep me updated on a regular basis. I have not received service like this in a long time. This was outstanding customer service, and I will definitely visit this store again and again.
Would like to give them 0 stars. The first parcel was supposed to go to Wellington from Stellenbosch it ended up in Port Elizabeth. I had to make contact with customer service several times before the parcel was successfully delivered. The 2nd parcel got lost and the receiver was told in writing that she should source another product and that they would cover the cost. I sourced the product and paid the courier fees and then they found the parcel. Now they are refusing to refund me for the second parcel that was sourced and the courier fees, even though they promised to do so. They informed me via email, that they would return the sourced product to me, which they also did not do. And take note they are hard to reach telephonically. They communicate with you via email. 3rd parcel was supposed to go to Johannesburg but ended up in Durban twice. I don't even know if the parcel was found yet. Bottom line don't use Pudo if you send valuable items. They don't offer insurance and they definitely don't keep their promises. You will end up like me, with nothing but empty promises.
Stay far away from this store. I ordered a duvet set for my daughter and paid upon placing the order only to receive an email days later that they were out of stock and I have to choose a other item. I've asked for a refund and was told their terms and conditions state that I cannot get a refund but have to choose something else. Days later I informed them which item I would like to order and up to date I have not heard from them. When I tried to log onto the website my account was deleted. It also states in their terms and conditions that you are not allowed to leave bad reviews, what type of business does that. So stay away as they just scam people out of their money.
I have been a client with Debt Rescue for a couple of years now and at first was very impressed with their service. However I have experiencing problems with them starting this year. One of my creditors claimed that they were underpaid and that my account is thus in arrears. I have been calling and sending emails but the problems continues. I have requested that I be called from someone at Debt rescue to assist but no one gets back. The only thing they did was send documents to the creditor but the creditor insists that they were underpaid. When I call my call either gets cut when being transferred by one department to the other or I get promised that they will sort it out. It is now 3 months later and the issue is still unresolved.
