Ordered fibre on Wednesday and they called to arrange a installation for Friday Morning as confirmed by one of the scheduling personal. At 11 on friday i had to call herotel as no one from their department called to confirm appointment nor did the tech arrive on the arranged times. Had to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with them just to be passed from one person to the next. Tech arrived after 14:00 just to find almost every excuse not to do the installation on friday but rather reschedule for next week. Spend another hour on the phone to reschedule with them and till now(16:34 friday the 8th of aug 2025) still no one answered. But call from a number that they dont have for you or call sales then they super fast to answer the call, but clients already loaded onto the system gets no help. Pathetic to say the least Have multiple times requested the tech call to confirm time, nothing happended, was promised a manager would call, nothing happended. Worst off all is that i worked for this company for 6 years plus and this was a issues when i left 4 years ago and still they just as *********** as they were 5 years ago ..
No delivery took place, more than 40mij on phone no answer, no emails gets answered, no whatsapp either
Useless as all the rest. Is it really that hard to pick up a cellphone and give your clients a call when they are expecting a delivery? I guess for the majority of companies in SA this is the way to do business... Pathetic to say the least
Bought a laptop from them via Asus online store. Courier company never called me to arrange delivery, and support from DG is almost non-existing as the supporting staff doesn't seem to want to assist me as a client. Its been more than 72hours since ordering and this is past the promised delivery time. I wont recommend using Asus online store nor digital generation
After struggling to get service, mike from security and more help a fellow out and sorted my issue within a weeks time. Unfortunately i cant change my previous helo peter posts where i rated them a one star... They do deserve more stars
Wish there was a no-star option as this is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. since march I have been trying to get a refund from this company. Placed order for charger around October 2022, charger blew on the 30th of march 2023. Logged a return/ refund on the 31st of march, by the 6th I've called them cause they clearly cant keep to their automated messages promising a response within 72hours. Today is the 11th and still no response. Guys please stay as far away as possible, they very quick to take your money and send subgrade equipment and when they give in they are no existing....
Worst takeaway of the 22th century. Where do you show your customers away cause you have a glitch on your system with pricing, do a manual sales, it aint rocket science
I will never again support total mooikloof. What a bunch of idiots. Had to sit and wait 5min for assistance, once they wanted to help i needed to move to another pump, and not because it wasnt working, its because the attendee thought the other pump was open, lost my initial place and i had to wait another 10min for assistance. This isnt the first issue with this garage, there seems to an issue at this garage all the time...
Terrible service from Tshepsol in the collections department. She sits there at the back on her chair while struggling to hear me, doesnt move closer or anything, her college took over to help me. Told her my company name once and i was assisted, yesterday i had the same issue with her where she isnt helpfull at all, just sits there... Terrible service
