I am disappointed with the service that I received from Hi-Fi Corporation in Lenz trade route I bought a Hisense black glass fridge online in Dec 2025 and the fridge that was delivered to me I dont know if it was on display or a demo the fridge came with some containers inside and it had 3things that did not belong to the fridge and I am just writing so that they do not do the same thing to their loyal customers.

I am so disappointed on how they handle some of things we've been trying to make an appointment since 2017 to visit their office and no one is willing to take a responsibility and give us an answer and I have sent numerous emails and no one responded
I have been sending E-mails since 2016 to make an appointment with someone at housing depart in Emfuleni and I have been given a run around and told that people are not available to assist and all I wanted is to find out how did Emfuleni municipality obtain a title deed without our knowledge and how did they get the signature of the people that changed the title deed, cause we need the copies that were sent to them.
I sent someone to the post office in Vanderbijlpark with an affidavit and the correct paper's to renew my license disc and she told me that the lady at the post office told her that she cant assist because I did not write the reason why I cant pay the disc by myself which I think it was so unnecessary, cause I clearly stated on the Affidavit that I am sending someone to pay on my behalf.
Good day I am so disappointed of the service that I received from Multichoice outlet in Evaton next Evaton Mall. I was assisted by a gemtleman with the name Tshukudu and he changed the package without my knowledge and now I am required to pay an amount of R255.00 which I was not aware of and I have been paying R150.00 every month and I dont know how am I going to make that payment because last week on the 7th May 2024 I paid the amount that i normally pay on my DSTV package.
I have been communicating with your company via Whatsapp since March 2024 requesting that you contact me and cancel my funeral cover and you've been delaying me and kept on debiting the acc knowingly that I want to cancel this policy.
I chose an incorrect package on Showmax and I was told that they will reverse the money that I paid of R225 and I need to activate a new package which is R99 and they will reverse the R225 that was paid and now I am struggling with them to reverse to confirm when the reversal of R225 will be done.
I have been asking On Air Tv not to debit my acc and I did receive notification via WhatsApp advising me that the banking details has been changed and its been 4month now and they are still debiting an incorrect acc and they are inconveniencing me because some of debit order end returning unpaid because of the shortfall. I did receive a message on the 5th Sept 2023 that the banking details has been changed.
I went to Nedbank Vaal Mall to open an acc for my child 2months back and I was told that i will receive an sms to confirm when I can fetch my child's bank card even today we have not received any notification or sms
