Disgusting service- They lie blatantly. They clkaim they call but dont- they keep on postponing then saying im not available whereas they delivered another card for delivery the same day. They also want to charge me for not being available when its clearly their fault. Will take it further with FNB.
Absolutely brilliant unmatched service. I sold my car to them which was extremely pleasant to deal with and extremely professional. Get worth wasted my time-never try them-im still waiting for a response after they sent a messenger message ( after i complained. Ford doesnt buy their cars back and Bidvest never responded. Thank you to the George team.You guys rock+
Worst experience ever- 2 years after claim-they tried every single option to get out of their obligation. Played games constantly. They repusiated the claim after 2 years for non-payment which was paid. They are decptive and cunning. The worst experience and dont stick to any time lines. Do not insure with them- Ombudsman next then punitive damages.

Disgraceful service. I paid for a headset only to be informed 2 days after that they dont have stock, i asked for alternatives via email which was not sent until i complained days later. Naturally they suggested one set which was morew than double. They eventually after emails and calls said they would refund and i had to supply a confirmation of account. Nothin g has been done. Email after email and no refund. Do not trust them.
Absolutely pathetic, Get called that my orders wont be shipped because they used the stock and sold out on the others. I paid for my stock showing available but now they cancelling. Do not trust them. Easy way to get cash in and the tell the client " i dont understand what the problem is" Most pathetic attitude. They should be taken to the CPA which is my next step.
Courtenay str,George staff need to stop being rude and give the correct items- timne and time again they dont give sugar and s**** with their coffee telling me they dont supply that or give incorrect orders. 5th time and its pathetic-they always argue and tell you to park your car and wait-15 min later the same excuse- I have left twice without getting my goods and tell me to return in the queue to process again which means i need to travel around the block and join the long queue again.
The worst- they refuse to honor any warranty- wont even let you return a faulty item- just push you from one to another- after spending almost 150k they refuse to allow even something that arrived faulty to be returned.
Possibly the worst company- they do not take returns when sending you faulty goods- they dodge/deflect when you want to send stuff back and refuse to help. I have spent over R200k by them but its meaningless. beside deliveries taking up to months they are selling faulty goods and not taking them back. stay away from them.
They are absolutely fantastic- they are highly professional and go out of their way to help even under the toughest of circumstances. Thank you especially to Lurell and Jenna. Cannot stress enough on how much they care and assist all the way.
