Game store I have purchased a washing machine two weeks back with reference [Ref JK67] which i mistakenly selected wrong address, then I wanted to change the address which was registered with my game online profile then I was told I won't be helped since my location is out of radius for free delivery. I asked for the free delivery Term's and Conditions which they failed to provide. I opted for the order cancelation and a refund which I'm not getting helped and every consultant comes with excuses and arrogancy.

Poor service and data connectivity. The consultant could fix my network frustration
Poor service by servicing department. I took my car for service on the 16/09/2021. No urgency on their work. My car was book on my service plan contract later in the afternoon-No enough mechanics available, administration process is poor between the servicing department and the service plan admin. No communication has been made. My car has been with the dealer for 5 days now.
I took my car for service on the 16th September 2021 even today the has not been released by the service Nissan department because Bidvest Insurance-Service Plan has not finalized payment yet. 😡🤬🤬. I spoke with the consultant on the floor they didn't manage to help. I requested to speak to the manager Charles he failed to help. I have told him my frustration that I am loosing on my business without having my bakkie for 5 days.
The service was excellent and very helpful with reviewed premium. Super!
